Home descriptionA lovely sunny modern and excellently equipped ground floor 2 bedroom apartment with air conditioning in the sought after area of Guia, a beautiful typical Portuguese village, less than 300 metres walk to the centre of the village which has a variety of restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, banks, and post office. The apartment is accessed by intercom and electric gates, security is excellent. At the rear there is a large terrace, ideal for sunbathing or having an al-fresco meal or drink, the terrace has a secure gate leading to a large private communial well maintained lawned area surrounded by flowers and trees. The communial pool measures 15m x 6m and has a shallow end of 1m, outside shower available, there is a communial BBQ area and terrace, ideal for sunbathing near the pool. Car hire is advised for site seeing, booking dates are flexible.
