A lovely sunny modern and excellently equipped ground floor 2 bedroom apartment with air conditioning in the sought after area of Guia, a beautiful typical Portuguese village, less than 300 metres walk to the centre of the village which has a variety of restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, banks, and post office. The apartment is accessed by intercom and electric gates, security is excellent. At the rear there is a large terrace, ideal for sunbathing or having an al-fresco meal or drink, the terrace has a secure gate leading to a large private communial well maintained lawned area surrounded by flowers and trees. The communial pool measures 15m x 6m and has a shallow end of 1m, outside shower available, there is a communial BBQ area and terrace, ideal for sunbathing near the pool. Car hire is advised for site seeing, booking dates are flexible.

The Algarve region
The Algarve is the southernmost region of Portugal and it's one of Europe's favourite holiday destinations well known for glorious year round sunshine and excellent sandy beaches.
The weather is great most of the year (average yearly temperature 22.3C). April/May/October/November its in the lower 20sC, June/July/August/September upper 20sC - 35C or more. If you are lucky you can lay on the beach enjoying the sun on Christmas day!
Apart from the wealth of available water sports facilities (the marinas of Vilamoura and Lagos deserve special mention, amongst the various ports and harbours), there are other alternatives, such as tennis courts, famous golf courses, luxury hotels or quaint holiday resorts and an exciting nightlife.
Albufeira / Guia area
Guia is an ideal location to holiday as it is nearby to all amenities, ie Albufeira, Algarve shopping complex, Pera, Armacao de Pera, Algoz and all of the tourist theme parks, ie Zoo Marine, Aqualand, Slide and Splash, Krazy Golf, Salgados Golf, various other golf courses and the famous beaches of Gale, Albufeira, Castelo, St Rafael. Albufeira has many bars and restaurants of a variety of nationalities to suit all tastes. For nightlife lovers Albufeira and Oura are a must, as you can party until the early hours. Both Albufeira and Vilamoura marinas are nearby and are worth a visit. Moorish town of Silves is a quick drive inland where you can visit the Castle and take a tour of the Cork Factory.Guia has many restaurants and bars specialising in local cuisine, famous for the Chicken piri-piri, also the village of Guia is where Sir Cliff Richards's wine is produced!!!!
