The villa stands on its own 1200 m plot of land, it has outside parking ,but also benefits from iron gates leading on to a private drive way and is walled and fenced with bushes through out, but giving you a nice secure feeling especially for children.there is a large private swimming pool surrounded by grass and stone terracing,with barbecue, small patio out side kitchen with table chairs and larger patio facing pool with table and 4 chairs.the garden is equipped with sun loungers umbrellas, and a large palm tree for that extra bit shade on hot days.
