Modern spacious rooms.Beds sleep 10 plus cot or z bed for children.Only 500 metres from Coelha beach, which has an excellent beach bar restaurant. One of the few new builds so close to the beach. Located at the end of a quiet cul de sac, in a private gated development of 5 other similar villas.Furnished and equipped to a very high standard throughout. Patio doors from all rooms to the garden. Pool with heating option surrounded by terraces a lawned garden and high shrubs for privicy.Close to all amenities,shops etc. BAGGAGE SAVING: Every guest will receive a pool towel for duration of their holiday and there is also hairdyer'.Changeover day is SATURDAY, but outside the peak season, we are flexible with duration of stay and changeover day.14 night stays have a discount on week 2 .Pool heating 250 euros wifi 25 cots 20 .Check in is between 3pm and 10pm.Arrivals after 10pm will be charged out of hours fee of 50 euros to be paid on arrival.Therefore, please either CONTACT US with your requirements.For those that like to watch a lot of TV we suggest you bring a stick with you. We live close by and will be on hand for questions and or any maintanance needed until 9pm.After 9pm there is a call out charge.Please call Manfred anytime in emergancy.Manfred will be there to greet you.He will show you how to use safe,alarm and shutters.The Villa is strictly non smoking.Smoking outside only.Changeover is Saturday in high season, off peak we can be flexible and also offer long weekend stays.Pool heating 250 euros wifi 25 euros per week.Check in is between 3pm and 10pm.Arrivals after 10pm will be charged out of hours fee of 50 euros to be paid on arrival.
