This two bedroomed, beautifully furnished and air-conditioned apartment is ideally located close to the centre of Albufeira. It enjoys the benefits of communal swimming pools and landscaped gardens. The Algarve / Central Algarve region

The Algarve is in the southern most region of Portugal. With over 300 days of sunshine a year, fantastic beaches, excellent golf courses, stunning scenery and numerous activities combined with excellent seafood, it is one of Europe’s favourite holiday destinations.


Albufeira / Central Albufeira area

Situated 43km west of Faro and easily accessible via the N125, Albufeira is widely regarded as the tourist capital of the Algarve. Boasting golden beaches, golf courses, great restaurants and lively nightlife, it is a holiday destination which appeals to a wide range of people, young and old.

The town itself consists of the old and new. The old charm is to be found in the labyrinth of narrow streets, lined with whitewashed houses, apartments, cafes and shops which lead down the hillside to a central square, a good place to sit and watch the world go by.

The New Albufeira is on the east side. Its most famous thoroughfare is affectionately known as “the strip”. It stretches from The Montechoro Hotel, past cafes, restaurants and bars, all the way down to the beautiful sandy beach of Praia de Oura.

Fly to Faro - 43KM from Faro.

The bedrooms and lounge/dining area have patio doors leading out onto a large balcony. This balcony overlooks the swimming pool and separate children’s pool. It has a dining table and seating for six people.
Underground parking is available in the basement although a car is not a necessity.

The apartment has a very large balcony of 56 meters square which runs along the apartment on two sides and overlooks the main pool on one side.

On day of departure, the apartment must be vacated by 10am .
