The miles of sandy beaches and coves has made the Algarve one of Europes top destinations.
Albufeira area
Balaia golf village is set in Albufeira where there are several beaches close by, there is the new part of Albufeira with plenty of bars & restaurants, the old town is 5 minutes further on and is more cultural, again there are plenty of restaurants and bars. The location of the property is also convenient for visiting Vilamoura where there is a nice marina and numerous golf courses. The new year and easter festivals are particulary busy times along with the summer months. If you want to visit the unspoilt areas of the Algarve a trip down the motorway to Lagos and Sagres is a nice part of the region.
