The Algarve / Central Algarve region
Algarve is just perfect for a relaxing and fun holiday. With a long beautiful coast with beaches of fine sand and transparent water in the east and with high rocks and cliffs, exotic vegetation in the west side. Almost a full year of sun, several choice of golf courses, being a attraction for players all over the world. The marinas are offering great activities like boat trips around the coast, dolphin watching and fishing. Sailing and deep fishing are a delight for those who like to enjoy sealife. Countryside is worth a look with beautiful mountains, great views and tasty food. Morning markets, flea markets and gypsy markets are a visit card for people that love the fresh food and look for the specialities of the Algarve. So much to discover, it is great to live in the Algarve!
Albufeira / Montechoro area
The Villa is located approximately 100 m from the restaurants, 150 m from the supermarket and 250 m from the pastry shop, laundry. Cash point machine at 450 m.
Many good quality bars in Oura: with giant screens for watching Sky Sports, karaoke, live music, international djs and irreverent and sexy dancers, barman's freestyle, cocktails bars. Find the discos with sea view near the beach of Oura, open until dawn with tematic parties, like ladies night and foam party.
Popular golf courses are reached in a short drive, only 2.5 km from the nearest Balaia Golf Village and 5.5 km from Sheraton Pine Cliffs, both located in Albufeira.
Algarve Shopping Centre is at 7.5 km from the property with 9 cinema theatres, shops, supermarkets, Macdonalds, Bowling, Pizza Hut, KFC.
For those who love to sail, you can choose your favourite yatch in the Albufeira Marina with many options like: fishing, dolphin's watching, champagne and barbecue cruises.
Water parks like Aqualine is in the road that goes to Alcantarilha, aproximately 15 km and Zoomarine located in Guia is at 9 km. Around there are the famous restaurants serving the famous chicken piri-piri.
Tennis Club is available in Montechoro Hotel at walking distance (200 m).
In Areias de São João, Oura area, you will find activities like: horse riding, hot air ballons flights, canoeing & hiking, scalling, jeep strolls, pedestrian walks, rappel, slide and shot with arc, crossbow and zarabatana.
Beaches are offering interesting activities like jet sky ride, waterskiing, parascending, banana ride, pedaloes, go in a cruise along the coast to look at the beautiful beaches, dolphin's and visit the fabulous caves.
For bullfighting fans there is a bullring in the centre of Albufeira with bullfights in programed dates.
The council of Albufeira offers you cultural events like the folklore, handicraft exposition, live concerts with international artists, theatre, books and paintings markets.

Further details indoors: The entrance door opens to a hall with access to a cloakroom, a comfortable lounge with fireplace and access to a covered terrace, a separate dining room, an en suite bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen with quality granite topped units that gives access to the private swimming pool. Has a Satellite Tv with Sky receiver for watching your favourite ITV and BBC channels. Please bring your own Sky cards if you like to watch Sky Sports, Sky Movies and many other codified programs.
The first floor has 3 en suite bedrooms, which one enjoys different views, one is facing south with distant sea view, another with view over the local area and finally the last with view over the pool.
Further details outdoors: In the backside of the property there is a private swimming pool, measures: 9m x 5m, depth: 0,90m x 1,30m x 2,20m, with an outdoor shower, barbecue and garden with great privacy and perfect for sunbathing. Pool furniture is just beside like sunloungers, table and chairs for eating al fresco. There is a safety gate for children and a garage for your car.

- Price reduction of 40,50 Euros per person, per week. For 7, 5 and 3 persons.
- Price reduction of 81 Euros for each 2 persons, per week. Also for 2 persons.
*Prices in New Year and Christmas weeks, Easter, July, August are the same for 8 until 2 persons.
- Changeoverday: Flexible until 28th May 2010. Saturday or Sunday from 29th, 30th May until 12th September 2010. Flexible from 13th September 2010 until 27th May 2011.
- Arrival hour is any time from 3.00 pm and departure hour is before 10.00 am (this is to allow time to clean and prepare the villa for next arrival).
- 40% deposit required for booking the property (not refundable). Balance payment, 60%, to be paid on the arrival day. Payment in Euros.
- Security: the amount of 200€ in cash is required for security breakage of the house equipment. This must be paid on arrival and will be refunded on departure providing no damage occured.

"Hi David
We had a fabulous holiday in Villa Solar dos Arcos and I would highly recommend it to all my family and friends. The Villa was fantastic had everything we needed - it was like a home from home. It was very clean, spacious and decorated to a very high standard. The pool was beautiful and a great size and cleaned regularly.
The location of the villa is perfect as it is on a nice quiet residential road yet the amenities, restaurants and bars are just a short stroll away.
