The Algarve / Central Algarve region
Algarve is just perfect for a relaxing and fun holiday. With a long beautiful coast with beaches of fine sand and transparent water in the east and with high rocks and cliffs, exotic vegetation in the west side.
Almost a full year of sun, several choice of golf courses, being a attraction for players all over the world. The marinas are offering great activities like boat trips around the coast, dolphin watching and fishing. Sailing and deep fishing are a delight for those who like to enjoy sealife. Countryside is worth a look with beautiful mountains, great views and tasty food.
Morning markets, flea markets and gypsy markets are a visit card for people that love the fresh food and look for the specialities of the Algarve. So much to discover, it is great to live in the Algarve!
Albufeira / Olhos d'Agua area
This apartment is located in the heart of Olhos de Água, with walking distance to all facilities, like supermarkets, pharmacies and banks, aproximately at 100 / 200 m.
There are many kind of restaurants close by: - with traditional food, charcoal grilled specialities, a chinese restaurant, a pizzeria, self service, sea food, open terrace and with sea view. All of them located close to the beach of Olhos de Água. Nearest restaurants are only 100m from the apartment.
There is also a medical centre and dental clinic just in front of the complex.
Discover many good shops selling wine, spirits, tobbaco. If you like nightlife you can visit "Oasis Cocktail bar" with open terrace, live music, live sport and sangria, with short walking distance. Also "Galleon Bar" with live enterteinment, giant screen, all sport lives, games room and pool table.
If you like to drink and have a good time there are other bars, taverns with live music, karaoke close to the beach. There is a steak bar also in this area.
If you need to buy beach and fish articles there is a shop around. A souvenir shop is near where you can buy handicraft objects, pottery, basket, they are made in the Algarve.
For those that you would like to go to the waterparks like Slide and Splash and tematic parks like Zoomarine, Crazyworld and Roma Golf Park, there is an agency that sells tickets and arrange transportation to take you there and back home, just in front of the complex.
Zoomarine - entertaining and educational oceanographic facility with all kinds of amusement like a tropical aquarium, a cinema, bars, restaurants, shops, swimming pool, fairground rides, arcade games. Located in Guia.
Krazyworld - fun and family park, petting farm, fairground with minigolf and much more. Watch the different animals, stroke and feed them if you like. Located in Algoz.
Aqualand Big One - Water Park near the town of Alcantarilha (Armação de Pera), 15 Km from Albufeira. The park has water attractions for all tastes, some totally unique in the country, such as the Banzai, which give moments of joy, fun, adventure and relaxation.
A tourist train is a good and relaxing way to visit all the atractions that Albufeira has to offer.
In Areias de São João, Oura area, you will find activities like: horse riding, hot air ballons flights, canoeing & hiking, scalling, jeep strolls, pedestrian walks, rappel, slide and shot with arc, crossbow and zarabatana. Many excellent bars in Oura area and a popular strip nearby.
Beaches are offering interesting activities like jet sky ride, waterskiing, parascending, banana ride, pedaloes, go in a cruise along the coast to look at the beautiful beaches, dolphin's and visit the fabulous caves.
If you like to cycle you can rent a bike in the Megasport shop.
For those of like to dive and deep sea fishing, there are fabulous diving courses with lots of different levels and course-options.
For bullfighting fans there is a bullring in the centre of Albufeira with bullfights in programed dates.
The council of Albufeira offers you cultural events like the folklore, handicraft exposition, live concerts with international artists, theatre, books and paintings markets.
Go to the village of Guia, well know for the quality restaurants, many of them serving the famous chicken piri-piri.
At short driving distance you will find the Algarve Shopping Centre with its wide range of shops, an hypermarket, 9 cinema screens (films in English), ten-pin bowling and fast food like MCdonalds, Pizza Hut and KFC.
Easy access to golf courses, in aproximately 2 km from Balaia Golf Course and 3 km to Sheraton Pine Cliffs, both located in Albufeira.
Tennis courts available in Club Med (near Maria Luisa beach), 3 minutes drive.

Further details indoors: The apartment has a very comfortable bedroom with air conditioning, fitted wardrobe, with pretty view of the pool and local area. A sofa bed is available for 2 persons, sleeps maximum 4 persons.
The bathroom is modern, complete, has luxury equipment like a bath with jacuzzi, bidet and basin.
Kitchen is fully equipped. Living room has a Satellite Tv with Sky receiver for watching your favourite ITV and BBC channels. Please bring your own Sky cards if you like to watch Sky Sports or Sky Movies and many other programs.
Further details outdoors: The complex is accessed by a gate and has a garage for your car. There are two swimming pools, one for adults and another for children with great views of the surrounding area. A shower for pool is available for you. There are 2 sunloungers for guests use.
Pretty space outside, all fenced for your protection, enjoy the view of the surrounding area and take your sunbathing. There is a balcony facing the pool with table and chairs for eating al fresco, a barbecue for doing our favourite charcoal grilled specialities. Please bring your own pool / beach towels.

- All prices are for the property, per week. Minimum period stay is 7 days.
- Changeoverday: Flexible until 28th May 2010. Saturday or Sunday from 29th, 30th May until 12th September 2010. Flexible from 13th September 2010 until 27th May 2011.
- Arrival hour is any time from 3.00 pm and departure hour is at 10.00 am (this is to allow time to clean and prepare the apartment for the next arrival).
- 40% deposit required for booking the property (not refundable). Balance payment, 60%, to be paid on the arrival day. Payment in Euros.
- Security: the amount of 200€ in cash is required for security breakage of the apartment equipment. This must be paid on arrival and will be refunded on departure providing no damage occured.
