Booking Conditions
1. Weekly rental prices are inclusive of maid service (except the long term rentals), gas, water and electricity charges.
2. Maid service is as advertised, excluding weekends and public holidays. Linen and towels are changed once per week. Clients must provide their own beach towels.
3. Cots and high chairs are available for hire at 18 € and 15 € per week, you must ask for them before arriving.
4. Your accommodation is reserved from 5.00pm on the day of arrival. On the morning of your day of departure we ask you to vacate by 12.00 am to give the maid time to prepare the property for the next arrivals.
5. Apartments and villas are reserved exclusively for the people named on the booking. No other persons are permitted to stay at the accommodation unless this has been agreed in writing and appropriate payments made.
6. The property may be reserved subject to availability, upon receipt of a deposit of 25%.
7. Final payments must be received six weeks prior to your arrival date or at the time of booking if your arrival date is within this period. If the payment terms are not observed the booking may be cancelled and our cancellation terms imposed.
8. We strongly recommend that you take out holiday, medical and cancellation insurance.
9. Should you cancel your booking, written notification must be received from the person who made the booking. The following charges will apply:

Calculated from the date we receive your notification, cancellation charges are as follows:
Up to 6 weeks before arrival - loss of deposit
7 - 8 weeks before arrival - 50% of total cost
5 - 6 weeks before arrival - 75% of total cost
4 weeks or less before arrival - 100% of total cost
An administration fee will be charged on all refunds
10. A refundable damage deposit of 150 € or 300 €, depending on the size and type of property, is payable with your balance. This will be sent back to you two weeks after you return if there is no damage to the property.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region
1. Golf
The tempered climate of the Algarve, makes it one of Europe´s best golf destinations. Famous architects as Howard Swan Msc , Frank Pennink , Martin Hawtree, Sir Henry Cotton, e Severiano "Seve" Ballesteros among other, designed some of the most beautiful golf courses of the Algarve. With 2 courses among the World top 100 and the best Iberian golf course, the Algarve has also 8 of the 20 best Portuguese golf courses.
2. Climate
The Algarve has a temperate climate almost all year round and boasts over 300 days of sunshine a year. The tourist season extends from March to October and it only really quiets down in the dead of winter. Even then, there are many days when it is warm and sunny enough to sunbathe or sit outside at the pavement cafes and enjoy the balmy weather.
3. Shopping
The lively Algarve Shopping in Guia, near Albuferia, has a hypermarket, many different line shops, an amusement arcade and 8 cinemas, most showing English language movies. Forum Algarve in Faro is another large centre which also has ice skating in winter. Local markets sell an abundance of goods at bargain prices. In the narrow cobbled streets of the Old Towns and villages, boutiques and stalls sell clothing, gifts and souvenirs to the tourists, their wares spilling out onto the streets.
4. Gastronomy
The gastronomy of the Algarve, though limited to a relatively small geographical space, shows Mediterranean influences (being included in the called " Mediterranean diet ") and also Atlantic, since it is visible in the quantity of fish traditionally consumed. The base of the Mediterranean gastronomy is based on the trilogy of the bread, wine and oil, which is common in the whole national territory, adding the horticultural products,, as in varied soups, and the fresh fruits. The meats, mainly pork, compose also a set of plates and regional savories. With the advent of the seafaring, the Portuguese cookery quickly integrated the use of spices and sugar, besides other products, like the bean and the potato, which were adopted as essential products. It is noticed that the variety of regional plates happens even in limited areas. Two nearby cities can present, under the same name, plates that can share the same recipie.
5. Avtivities
For the lovers of the sea, in the Marina of Albufeira or Vilamoura, daily recreation boats can take you to sail and to discover the beautiful Algarvian coast. A very pleasant trip is the discovery of grottos and small beaches surrounded for rocky cliffs, in small boats. Another interesting way to visit the interior of Algarve is by jeep. Some companies organize these raids of adventure for all. It is easy to find information concerning these excursions in the reception of your hotel or in several other places of Albufeira. The buses or jeeps will search you next to your lodging. It is close to the Guia that you will find the famous “Zoomarine”. The amusement park presents several daily shows with marine dolphins, lions, birds, parrots, etc. Also can enjoy the large swimming pools and some carousels. In zoomarine it is possible to interact with dolphins and to swim with them in the swimming pool. Beyond the amusement, this park also has a center that receives and treats lost marine animals, wounded or sick. The water slides provide days of much animation and joy to its visitors. The most known are the Aquashow in Quarteira, Aqualand in Alcantarilha, Atlantic Park in the Four Roads and the Slide & Splash in Lagoa. In the way to Silves, you find the Krazy World, where you will enjoy a great mini-golf and swimming pools, or the visitors can take a walk in a zoological garden with some species of animals. We can also visit endangered species in the Ómega Park in Monchique. The Zoo of Lagos in Bensafrim is also a beautiful pleasant space where you may visit the animals.
