The property shares a large pool and separate children's pool both surrounded by landscaped gardens. Leading from the living room is a spacious patio with BBQ and pool views. The living area is open plan and spacious with modern furnishings, the kitchen is fully equipped including microwave and dishwasher and the bathroom benefits from a jacuzzi bath. Both bedrooms are generous in size with lots of storage and pool views, the master bedroom also boasts a balcony.

The Albufeira / Balaia area
The property is located in the province of Olhos d'Agua situated between Albufeira and Vilamoura. The village and its surrounding areas boast numerous restaurants many of which serve traditional Portugese food and offer a peaceful relaxing atmosphere whilst the hustle and bustle of Albufeira remains just a 5 minute drive away.
The accommodation is located in Balaia, this is part of Olhos D'Agua area close to some of the Algarve´s best beaches - with nice beach bars/restaurants, like Olhos D'Agua, Santa Eulalia, Maria Luisa, Falesia and others.
Albufeira town is 1km, around 20 mins walk. The old town is very interesting with narrow cobbled streets and old fisherman houses and then there are the numerous music bars and street entertainers together with regular free shows in the main square in the summer season. Along with the lively 'Strip' containing many bars, restaurants & nightclubs.
Algarve Shopping, the biggest shopping centre in the region with several shops, restaurants, bowling, hypermarket (open Mon-Sun until 12:00 am) is about 20mins drive away, with free parking. There are many other activities and attractions within 30 mins drive, such as

Smart, modern townhouse in very secure gated development, well away from main road. Car is pretty essential with young children as nearest restaurants and beach are only just within range of little legs. The pools and gardens are excellent and access via the french doors at the back of the villa make it very convenient. Appliances and furniture are all very nice. Parking right by front door in some shade is handy. View of water slide park at nearby hotel might not be to everyones' taste but if the balcony had a clear view out to see I guess the price would be double! All in all a very smart villa. Response: Thank you for your review, it was a pleasure to have you and your family stay in the villa. The gate fob issue has been resolved by the complex management and was an issue with the electric gate. In terms of Free Sat TV, this again has been resolved and was due to maintanence work that resulted in movement of the Free Sat dish. This was recommended to us by some friends. It was ideal for what we wanted with having a 1 year old. There were only a few other villas occupied. It was lovely and quiet. We hired a car for the week which was great as my parents have been to the area before so knew places to visit and eat. There are supermarkets near by which can be walked to and larger ones a little further. This is just what we were after, to have a bbq in the evening and sit on the patio relaxing. |

We stayed with our two teenage children and four adults. The villa is beautiful in a lovely location. It is close to both the main town and also the smaller village of Olhos d'agua. It is within walking distance of a lovely beach. The villa has a fantastic communal pool that is never packed with people and the facilities are great.Richard the owner was very helpful and my sister in law has been back to the villa since. I would definitely stay again. |
