This superior 1 bedroom 1st floor apartment (2007) is located in the peaceful and family friendly Quinta dos Brejos condoninium in the Bela Vista area of Albuferira. The apartment is ideally positioned between the old town and the Strip. Withing walking distance of a number of beaches and a perfect base to enjoy some of the best golf courses in Europe!
The apartment is a large bright first floor apartment including all mod cons, with a very spacious balcony looking onto a well maintained garden. It is in a quite residential area, approx 15 minutes walk to the old town in one direction and the same distance to the busy Montechoro strip the other way, there is a local bus the passes the apartment every half hour that will take you to the beach in less then 5 minutes. There are some lovely local restaurants in the area and the main bus terminal, a few minutes walk away from the apartment, will take you to the water parks, Zoo Marine and other main places of interest including all the Algarve, Lisbon & Seville.
The apartment comprises one twin bedroom with patio doors and fantastic pool views, a beautifully tiled bathroom and fully fitted kitchen. The lounge/dining room has a large sofa and leads through patio doors to a balcony ideal for relaxing and al-fresco dining.

The Algarve region

Albufeira / Quinta Dos Brejos area
Albuferia tops the list of holiday destinations in the Algarve. Undoubtedly a fun resort attracting a varied mix of holiday makers. The old town remains an unusually pretty village and the Moorish architectural influence is strong with narrow cobblestone streets, twisting lanes of whitewashed houses and terracotta roofs above a beautiful spread of beaches. The numerous beaches are ideal for sun bathing during the day and for pleasant evening walks. Nothing beats watching the sun set the on breathtaking Portuguese coastline particularly at Praia do Inatel, a short walk from the apartment. The resort bustles with life and atmosphere and plenty of bars, shops, cafes and restaurants add to the colour and upbeat feel of this area which has retained its charm and still functions as a fishing village.
Whether your dream holiday involves soaking up the sun by the pool, playing 18 holes in Salgados, enjoying piri-piri chicken and a glass of wine with great company in Alfiedo's Restaurant or watching the fishermen pull their boats on to the shore at Olhos D'Agua, Albufeira is the perfect location.

Local buses run regularly between the airport and the town. Airport transfers can be arranged if required. Please enquire.
If driving from Faro Airport. Take the N125 westbound. Turn off at the exit signed to Alubfeira. Pass Vale Paraiso on the left. Pass Club Albufeira on the right and go under a footbridge. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit left and carry on straight ahead up the hill. At roundabout take the 2nd exit straight ahead and signed to Montechoro. Pass the new bus station on the left. At the T-junction turn left (signed to Montechoro). In just under 1km turn left into Quinta dos Brejos Village (white walls with yellow stripes). Parking is under the green shade covers through the sliding gate at the end of Block RD.

Further details outdoors: The condominium has two enclosed pools 30 seconds walk from the apartment, an adult pool and paddling pool for small children. The communal area includes terraced and grassed areas with plenty of space for children to play safely.

Hi Terry, Just to say thanks for providing an apartment with so many well thought out extras such as the books and honest guides. We really thought the apartment was a real home from home and were so sad to leave it on Friday morning. It was very clean and Jeannette was there to greet us. The weather was great too, sunny but not too hot and we got around a lot, as you will see in the guests comment book, your apartment is an ideal base to explore the whole Algarve coast with the motorway making everywhere a shortish drive away. Once again thanks and when I know my work commitments we intend to visit again, hopefully in September if you have space then, Regards Malcolm Mason
