Pine Sun Park can be found in a splendid location just 400 metres from the superb Falesia beach, one of the Algarve’s longest and finest beaches, flanked by sandstone cliffs and pine filled countryside. The beach stretches all the way to Vilamoura. Opposite the apartments the” Praça de Falesia” (Falesia Square) has a choice of popular restaurants, family bars, shops and a supermarket. The nearby village of Açoteias, (15 minute walk) offers an excellent choice of local and international restaurants, including several specialising in fish and seafood. At the Sheraton Pine Cliffs Country Club there is a picturesque nine hole golf course too.The lively resort of Albufeira is 6 kms away, and a 15 minute drive will take you to Vilamoura, one of Portugal’s best known resorts, with its wonderfully colourful Marina, boasting chic boutiques, fine restaurants, bars and cafés on the waterfront. There are also five outstanding golf courses in Vilamoura.

This delightful first floor two bedroom apartment in the Pine Sun Park complex is fully air conditioned, consists of a spacious, airy living room that opens onto a large balcony with built in barbecue. The living room is stylishly designed, with sofas, a flat screen TV with Zon channels, DVD and CD, and a four person dining suite. There is a fully fitted, eat-in kitchen, a bathroom and a shower room and two comfortable double bedrooms.

Outside, the beautifully landscaped gardens feature 2 swimming pool and 2 children’s pool, set amidst the pine trees. There is also a children’s play area, and a pitch and putt golf area. The garden and pool areas have ample, complimentary sun beds offering sunshine or welcome shade! Tennis courts are available for hire beside these family friendly, Pine Sun Park apartments.

The Albufeira / Falesia area

Falesia is a small village packed with lovely restaurants to suit all tastes. It is very cheap and has cheerful places where families are welcomed. Many golf courses including the Pine Cliffs course just a couple of minutes away.

Fabulous beaches with breathtaking backdrops of the cliffs. Ideally located for weddings taking place at the Sheraton Pine Cliffs Resort. The Falesia beach is the one of the most pleasant and clean beaches in
the Algarve region. A Supermarket, bar, restaurants, fast-food, pizzeria, clinic, news stand, ATM etc... can be found nearby. Pine Sun Park, is situated right in the Pinhal da Falesia in Albufeira - Olhos d'Água housed in a building of the most prestigious condominiums in the area with an entire luxury surroundings where they have a football field and track, swimming pool and more, all located 400m from the Falesia beach in Açoteias.

This wonderful beach begins in Olhos de Agua with cliffs extending to Vilamoura, a stunning 8km stretch of beach.

Stop over at a local beach bar on the way to the beach for a ice cold beer or treat yourself to some horse-riding on the beach itself.

“Lovely apartment in great location” Our family of 4 stayed in the apartment for 2 weeks at the end of August, beginning of September.The owners Ed & Salette were extremely helpful and accommodating from the initial contact and throughout our stay. The apartment was not only excellently located but is was well equipped and spotlessly clean. I would thoroughly recommend anyone to rent this apartment and would like to thank both Ed & Salette for allowing us to stop in their lovely property. Deposit of 50% is payable upon booking to secure your accommodation. In case of cancellation, we require notice by e-mail 12 weeks prior to your arrival in which case we will refund your deposit less bank charges. The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to your arrival.

Deposit of GBP100 for pool passes is required upon arrival. Upon the return of all pool passes the same will be refunded at departure.
