About the home

Luxury apartment. Beautifully furnished; fully air-conditioned; sea view; large sun balcony with BBQ area off the lounge and main bedroom. Location is in the tranquil Sesmarias /Sao Rafael beach area just a few kilometres west of Albufeira. A short walk will take you to the beautiful Sao Rafael beach with restaurant and facilities, also nearby are other wonderful Beaches and Coves to explore with excellent restaurants.

The stylish new marina, Albufeira Old town, Salgados golf course, Zoo Marine and water parks are also nearby offering a fantastic choice of entertainment for all the family. The area has various other restaurants, supermarkets and bars including shopping in the Algarve Centre. A bus service runs right outside the apartment from Gale Beach to Albufeira.

Large balcony terrace comprising of built in barbecue. Large outdoor dining table with seating for 6 people. Access from the lounge / main bedroom. Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: All bathroom towels and bed linen are included in rental. Beach towels not included. The property is cleaned prior to arrival and once during a two week booking. On request we can organise extra maid services.A safe is also installed for security of small personal belongings

This apartment is located on the level 1 with access by lift or few stairs from main entrance. The building has underground car parking and a video entry security system. All windows have electric shutters. The apartment complex has a large shared very sleek infinity swimming pool and separate baby pool privately located within 4 apartment blocks with sun loungers, parasols (from apartment), toilets and pool showers. Two tennis courts are in the complex.

Only yellow parasols can be used at the pool, there is one available for use in the apartment.

Conditions

Strictly no smoking except on the balcony.
Refundable breakages deposit of £150 required when booking, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
When booking £100 non refundable deposit to secure your booking and balance of rental fee due six weeks before your departure.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

The central Algarve has a huge variety of activities and items of special interest apart from the beaches. Golf, horse riding, fishing, diving, walks cycling. There is always something to do and places to go. Cafes, bars and restaurants abound. Albufeira is only 3kms. The newly built marina offers sailing and fishing trips and romantic sunset cruises. It is also a great place to eat and drink. Events are held throughout the summer. For a busier atmosphere Albufeira old Town provides shops and restaurants-a-plenty and it's square is a great place to sit, relax and people watch. It's nightlife in the Old Town or The Strip appeals to all. Albufeira is the nearest centre for banks, post office. Algarve Shopping has a hypermarket, many different line shops, 8 cinemas, restaurants and much more. Slide and Splash parks for the younger ones are only a few kms away.

The Albufeira / Sesmarias Albufeira area

It is a short slow walk to Sao Rafael the local beach. Sandy coves of ArifiCastelo, Evaristo, Coelha, Lourenco and Galè are a short distance along the coast and are definitely worth the visit. Galè is a long sandy beach and is only a 5 min drive away. In the cooler hours of the day a cliff top walk can be enjoyed along the beautiful coastline where the beaches come together to form the most fantastic panoramic landscapes.The local restaurants are first class and good value. The apaprtment is ina Great location for walkers, golfers and of course those who love to relax in sun by the pool or on the beach.The Algrave Shopping Centre is 15 mins by car/taxi. Zoo Marine and Aqualand are 20 mins by car. Water parks are dotted all within a half hour drive, Quarteira Water park includes a roller coaster is near Vilamoura.
