About the home

This development at Falesia is located within a 5 minute walk to the local beach and restaurants, cafes, bars. Plenty for the kids to do including water sports at the beach, visit either Aqualand or Slide and Splash, water parks, Zoomarine (swim with dolphins), which are just a short drive by car or bus. There are local shops, bars and restaurants.
This property is the perfect choice for a relaxing holiday with local amenities close at hand.

Comfortable living area with chair and sofa which converts easily to a double sofa bed. Dining table and 4 chairs. LCD TV. Astra TV box includes freeview English, French and German TV channels and Radio/CD player. Doors lead to balcony and kitchen areas.
Towels and linen are included in the price.
The property is cleaned before arrival and on departure and on a weekly basis.
Beach towels are not provided.
Extra cleaning and towel and linen changes are available for an extra cost.

Final payment is due 8 weeks before arrival unless cash on arrival option has been agreed

Breakage deposit is payable on booking. Breakage deposit is normally returned within a week of your return by bank transfer and only after major items have been checked, keys &/or access cards have been returned.

Meet & Greet facility - Prior to your arrival, we will go to the property, open things up, check all electrical item. We will then meet up with you, familiarise you with the electrical items, TV etc.

Please note time of occupancy on day of arrival is normally 3 pm & departure time is normally 11 am, in order to allow for cleaning, we do however try to accommodate you if you arrive earlier or leave later.

6-8 weeks – 50% of total cost refunded
4-6 weeks – 25% of total cost refunded

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

First and foremost, Albufeira is famed for its beaches, for the countless shades and tones of its rocks and cliffs. This is a place where people live to the rhythm of the great holiday destinations, sunbathing during the day and at sunset flocking to enjoy the restaurants, bars and discos that enliven the night-time hours. Just a few miles inland and everything changes. The green of the countryside is dotted with almond, fig, orange and pine trees and decorated chimneys stand out against the ochre of tiled roofs.

The Albufeira / Falesia area

Just opposite Aldeia das Açoteias, between Albufeira and Vilamoura, Falesia beach has an extensive stretch of golden sand with a beautiful ochre cliff (means Falesia in Portuguese) and crystalline blue water divided by clear white sand that you will love. Falesia beach is considered to be one of the best beaches in Portugal. Falesia has all kinds of services, and as well boasts the blue flag which states the cleanness of its waters.

The Alfamar hotel has all the sporting facilities and treatments to pamper you on your holiday. Live entertainment is also provided nightly during the summer months. Shops and a quiet local bar are just outside the apartment block.

There are 2 large shopping centres one is near Faro and the other is in Guia (15-20 mins by car) which has numerous shops and large stores selling well known designer labels with cinema complex as well a ten pin bowling facility.

There are Golf courses in the immediate vicinity - Pine Cliffs and numerous more courses in Vilamoura.

There are a good variety of restaurants in the area whether it be Portuguese style, pizza/ Italian food, Steak houses, Chinese or Indian; all within a short walk from the apartment. There are cafes and bars in the village that serve snacks and meals throughout the day. In August there is infamous Sardine Festival.

There are plenty of activities to satisfy all and every preference. The beach provides the expected aray of water activities, walking, or simply relax and top up your tan. Two Water parks - "Aqualand" and "Slide and Splash" both a short drive. There are boating and fishing excursions including BBQ on a secluded beach.
