This lovely villa has a comfortable lounge with fireplace and Sky receiver. It is surrounded by mature gardens and has a large private swimming pool, a spacious balcony with Snooker, barbecue with table and chairs to eat al fresco.
Located in a urbanisation without traffic, this property enjoys the silence and peace of the area with easy access from Albufeira centre, popular beaches,bars, discos, restaurants, shops and golf courses.

There are 2 en-suite bathrooms with bath and a separate wc with shower.
Two lounges available: one in the ground floor, it has comfortable seating, fireplace, Sky receiver for watching your favourite ITV and BBC channels. Has another lounge in the 1st floor facing south with a sunny terrace and great views.
The kitchen is fully equipped, includes a separate dining area.

The villa has private swimming pool (8m x 4.5m), sunloungers and umbrellas. There is a spacious, lovely garden with beautiful trees around. The veranda is equipped with a Snooker, BBQ area, table and chairs to eat al fresco. Please bring your own beach, pool towels.

Price reduction of 40,50 Euros per person, per week. For 9, 7, 5 and 3 persons.
Price reduction of 81 Euros for each 2 persons, per week. Also to 4 and 2 persons.
*Prices in New Year and Christmas weeks, Easter, June, July and August are the same for 10 until 2 persons.
A deposit of 40% (not refundable) secures a booking and the balance payment has to be paid on the arrival day(payment in euros).
Payment methods: Bank transfer, Paypal, bank cheque, cash.
The minimum reservation period is 7 days from May until September, Christmas, New Year, Easter. Minimum of 3 days is considered from October until April.
Changeoverday: Flexible until 29th June 2012.
Saturday or Sunday, week blocks from 30th June until 16th September 2012.
Flexible from 17th September 2012 until 28th June 2013.
Schedule: The arrival hour in the property is any time after 2.00 pm and the departure hour is until 10.00 am (flexibility if we don't have guests leaving or arriving on the same day).
Security: the amount of 200€ in cash is required for security breakage of the house equipment. This must be paid on arrival and will be refunded on the departure day providing no damage or loss occured.

Algarve is just perfect for a relaxing and fun holiday. With a long beautiful coast with beaches of fine sand and transparent water in the east and with high rocks and cliffs, exotic vegetation in the west side.
Almost a full year of sun, several choice of golf courses, being a attraction for players all over the world. The marinas are offering great activities like boat trips around the coast, dolphin watching and fishing. Sailing and deep fishing are a delight for those who like to enjoy sealife.
Countryside is worth a look with beautiful mountains, great views and tasty food. Morning markets, flea markets and gypsy markets are a visit card for people that love the fresh food and look for the specialities of the Algarve.

The Albufeira / Olhos d'Agua area
Villa Paraiso enjoy a central location with 2 restaurants, coffees, strip club and a supermarket within 750m from the property (walking distance).
Short access to the beaches of Olhos de Água, Maria Luisa, Santa Eulália and Oura (about 3 / 5 minutes).
Nightlife is intense, fun warranty in Olhos de Água and Oura area, with the sexy Strip near Hotel Montechoro (5 minutes drive from home) and a avenue full with bars and with different features like:
- sea view, giant screens showing your favourite football matches in Sky Sports, live music, karaoke, with international djs, barman's free style and sexy dancers, cocktail bars. Different bars for all kind of people.
Discos also available near the sea, with tematic parties like ladies night and foam parties, open until dawn.
Only 3 km from the local area of Olhos de Água with restaurants with sea view, handicraft shops, pottery, pharmacies, banks, supermakets.
Local buses to visit Albufeira and tourist buses to take you to thematic parks like Zoomarine, Crazy World, Bigone and Roma Golf Park.
Zoomarine - entertaining and educational oceanographic facility with all kinds of amusement like a tropical aquarium, a cinema, bars, restaurants, shops, swimming pool, fairground rides, arcade games. Located in Guia.
Krazyworld - fun and family park, petting farm, fairground with minigolf and much more. Watch the different animals, stroke and feed them if you like. Located in Algoz.
Aqualand Big One - Water Park near the town of Alcantarilha (Armação de Pera), 15 Km from Albufeira. The park has water attractions for all tastes, some totally unique in the country, such as the Banzai, which give moments of joy, fun, adventure and relaxation.
A tourist train is a good and relaxing way to visit all the atractions that Albufeira has to offer.
In Areias de São João, Oura area, you will find activities like: horse riding, hot air ballons flights,
canoeing & hiking, scalling, jeep strolls, pedestrian walks, rappel, slide and shot with arc, crossbow and zarabatana.
Beaches are offering interesting activities like jet sky ride, waterskiing, parascending, banana ride, pedaloes, go in a cruise along the coast to look at the beautiful beaches, dolphin's and visit the fabulous caves.
For those of like to dive and deep sea fishing, there are fabulous diving courses with lots of different levels and course-options.
For bullfighting fans there is a bullring in the centre of Albufeira with bullfights in programed dates.
The council of Albufeira offers you cultural events like the folklore, handicraft exposition, live concerts with international artists, theatre, books and paintings markets.
Go to the village of Guia, well know for the quality restaurants, many of them serving the famous chicken piri-piri.
Near by you will find the Algarve Shopping Centre with its wide range of shops, an hypermarket, 9 cinema screens (films in English), ten-pin bowling and fast food like MCdonalds, Pizza Hut and KFC.
Easy access to golf courses, in aproximately 3.5 km from Balaia Golf Course, 5 km to Sheraton Pine Cliffs and 10km from Salgados Golf Course. 15 minutes drive to Vilamoura world class courses.
Tennis courts available in Hotel Montechoro and Club Med (near Maria Luisa beach), 5 minutes drive.

"We have been visiting Albufeira for the last 3 years now, 2-3 times a year. This was our first year to rent a private villa and I don't think we'll ever go on a package deal again. The privacy of Villa Paraiso was fantastic. It was situated in a quiet area yet only 100 yards to the nearest restaurant/bar with Internet access and 200 yards to small supermarket.
There is another 2 restaurants in the area (which we didn't try) as we usually went into Albufeira old town to eat (lots of lovely restaurants and reasonably priced).
It took approx 5 mins in taxi to get to Albufeira Old Town from the Villa Paraiso, which is located in Vale da Azinheira (Olhos d'agua) the cost of the taxi is approx 6 Euro. Taxi from the airport took 25 mins and cost 30 euro. We walked into Olhos d'agua, took us about 20 mins which was a lovely little village, with lovely beach.
Villa Paraiso was very clean, spacious! And fully equipped. Beautiful gardens and fantastic pool all very well maintained. We felt very comfortable, safe and without a doubt home.
From home with the added bonus of lovely weather, swimming pool etc. We had the most relaxing and
chilled holiday we have ever had. So much so we are planning to come back in September!
