It is located in a quite area and offers nice open views, 5 minutes drive from the famous beaches of Falesia, Olhos de Agua and Maria Luisa, 10 minutes drive from Vilamoura (with his several golf courses) and Albufeira. It is only 30 minutes from Faro Airport . Close to the fishing village Olhos de Agua, the golf course of Sheraton Hotel and within easy reach of a great variety of local amenities including shops, beaches, golf courses, restaurants and much more.. Or you can simply relaxing around the pool or getting together with family and friends.
Villa Mariamar - sleeps 10 - 3 large double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom, 4 bathrooms, fully fitted kitchen with big terraces with own BBQ, patio doors from lounge to sun terraces with furniture.
Apartment Mariamar - sleeps 6 - 1 large double bedroom with bathroom en-suite, spacious lounge with 2 sofa-beds and patio doors lead out on to big BBQ terrace and pool, all with furniture.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region
The accommodation is located in Quinta do Poço, this is part of Olhos de Agua area close to some of Algarve's best beaches - with nice beach bar/restaurants, like Olhos de Agua, Stª Eulália, Maria Luisa, Falésia and others.
Albufeira is around 10 min. drive. The old town is very interesting with narrow cobbled streets and old fisherman houses and then there are the numerous music bars and street entertainers together with regular free shows in the main square in the summer season.
Algarve Shopping, the biggest shopping centre in the region with several shops, restaurants, cinema, bowling, hypermarket is at Guia, around 15 min. drive, a small town famous for many good value restaurants specialising in 'chicken piri-piri'.
Zoomarine Park (sea life): 20 min. drive
Two Waterslide Parks: 10 min. & 20 min. drive
Horse riding over the sand dunes: 5 min. drive
Water sports & jet ski on several beaches nearby

How to get there
Fly to Faro Airport then we can arrange to have you picked up and taken to the Villa or you can hire a car. Low cost flights available from most of the regional airports to Faro as well as sheduled flights from the main airports. Transfer time from Faro airport approx. 30 min. drive. Fly to Lisbon Airport and drive to Algarve - transfer time approx. 3 hours drive.

Further details outdoors: Swimming pool with outside shower, sunbeds are provided for use at the pool. Pool/Beach towels are NOT provided. Each unit (villa and apartment) has a BBQ located just outside the kitchen area. Terraces have patio furniture.

Booking via e-mail. First payment: 30% within 5 days after booking, remaining on arrival.
A refundable breakages/damages deposit of 300€ is required to be paid in cash.
Providing there is no damage or breakages this will be refunded on your day of departure
Check-in time is usually 4,30 p.m. and check-out is 10,30 a.m., but depending on other bookings we are flexible on this also. .
If only the apartment is required, please ask for quotation.
