About the home
This beautiful ground floor apartment benefits from air-conditioning and heating at no extra cost.
The lounge and master bedroom lead directly to the patio and lovely landscaped gardens.
With the master bedroom (6ft superking size bed/2 x 3ft single beds), with en suite facilities and one twin bedroom, (2 single beds with an additional full sized third bed stored below one), and a separate bathroom this apartment is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.
Car hire is not necessary as there is plenty to do on the complex. The Clube also run a free shuttle bus to the 'Old Town' twice a day.
There are 4 Swimming pools, (1 is heated during the winter months) on the complex, fully equipped with sunloungers at no extra cost. All pools also have children's pool.
Also on the complex is a children's park, crazy golf, table tennis, pool tables and 4 cafe/restaurant/bars serving snacks and a la carte.
Guests on Clube Albufeira also have full use of all the facilities on Camping Albufeira, which include - 3 swimming pools, bars, restaurants, disco, souvenir shop, supermarket, tennis courts, children's park, newspaper kiosk, phone booths and a bakery. Camping Albufeira is situated across the road (via a footbridge)

Ground floor south facing apartment
The apartment is set back from and overlooking the main areas of Clube Albufeira and is 1-3 minutes walk from the four large pools, restaurant (open all year) and snack bars.

Airport transfers can be arranged at an extra cost of 35 euros each way for up to 4 passengers and 53 euros for up to 8 passengers. Our driver will collect you at arrivals and take you straight to the apartment.
Car hire can also be arranged for collection at Faro airport and left there after your departure
Cot and high chairs are also available at an extra cost of £25 each per hire. This is paid with the balance.

The apartment is equipped with many children's toys/puzzles/books/board games/bats and balls/footballs/buckets and spades, surf boards and various inflatables.

The Albufeira Coastline is made up of more than 20 different and beautiful beaches. Their fine sand is gently touched by the crystal clear and warm ocean water that captivates bathers from all over the World.
The Algarve is a truly amazing place to visit!
The Albufeira / Club Albufeira area
Established attractions such as Zoomarine / Splash and Slide / Aqualand / Bellavista / are all within easy reach and the club reception can offer a very wide range of excursions if required. (horse riding, gokarting)
Just over 5min drive away is the ALGARVE shopping centre with its hypermarket, numerous shops, cinema, bowling and restaurants. (The cinema is in English with Portuguese subtitles).

Away from the vibrant Albufeira, if only a 2km walk, lies the resort of Clube Albufeira. This smart and well maintained complex has just about everything to cover all ages and tastes. Ideal for couples and larger families, the range of facilities is what you would expect from a well run management team. With 3 good pools and enough restaurants and bars, you are guaranteed to meet new friends. The free bus service will take you to and from Albufeira and the taxi service is inexpensive, reliable and safe and can be booked to your door through the ever helpfull reception. A bus service is only a few yards away. Our apartment was well furnished, clean and in a south facing location which enjoys the benefit of having sen on the terrace throughout the day. The cooking facilities are excellent with Dish Washer and, all electrical goods in top order. An added bonus is the Washing Machine The bed linen was top quality and plenty of it. The cost of our rental would be very difficult to equal let alone beat and as a seasoned visitor to The Algarve I was impressed with the price and the efficient service from the rental owner. Needless to say that when I returned from my stay in September 2011, I booked again for 2012. Outstanding value for a spacious and well equiped property which is endorsed by the comments in the visitors book. If there was any draw back it is that the complex is set on a hill which could make the use of wheelchairs challenging. The nearby complex of Camping Albufeira is free to use to all pass holders of Clube Albufeira. |

Aug '05 - Fab apt, best we've ever stayed in - Great complex. Very relaxing holiday, quiet and restful. Good entertainment at middle pool for children in evenings. Hope to return again.

Aug '06 - I forgot to make an entry in your visitors book, but your apt is undoubtedly the best we've stayed in, in Europe. Your apt was bigger than some of the villas we have stayed in.
March '07 - Have had a lovely week away. The apartment was all that we could have wished for with everything we needed. The bats and balls were well used as was the PS2! Many thanks. We would def. come again.
August '07 - What a great apartment, good facilities, lovely saff at pool and fab food. Not needed to buy anything for apartment, a true home from home. Will be booking again for next year on return.

July '08 - We had a very good holiday in Portugal, the apartment was brilliant and had everything we needed, plus more !!! The weather has been amazing and the pools great for keeping cool. The holiday ended too soon.
Aug '09 Lovely complex, great pools. Went into Oldtown most nights. Good bus service from across the road. Bus pass great value.
Oct '09 - We had a lovely time and the heated pool was like a warm bath! We were really lucky with the weather, it was 25-27 most days.

Normally Saturday arrival, but we aim to be flexible and match your requirements where we can.
Payment in pounds sterling or euro equivalent, by cheque or bank transfer
Deposit £100 (£200 for July/August bookings) with balance due 6weeks before arrival date. (Deposit forfeited if booking cancelled within 8 weeks of departure).
£100 security deposit is requried against possible damage etc, this is refunded after inspection and cleaning. Security deposit is payable with the balance.
Apartment is available from 3pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on day of departure, to allow cleaning/preparation for the next guests (again we can be flexible).
Any stays less than the 5night preferred stay, please email for availability.
