About the home

We have a beautiful appointed 2 bedroomed townhouse on a gated complex with two swimming pools and mature gardens, The house has been tastefully furnished and is immaculate throughout ,comprising of a fully fitted kitchen a downstairs shower room leading to the lounge/diner,the patio leads to the gardens and swimming pools,upstairs we have a large fully tiled bathroom with a shower over the bath, both bedrooms are spacious and have balconies and fitted wardrobes.

We provide towels and linen please bring your own beach towels, we have sunloungers for your use. On your arrival to the house it will be available from 2.00 pm. On departure we would ask to to leave the property by 12 pm, if possible we can arrange for you to stay later if you have a late flight please ask. We ask for a deposit of £100 to confirm your reservation the balance is payable either 6 weeks before your holiday or to our on site management company on arrival. Upon arrival we would require a deposit of £50 for the key fob(which is for the main entrance gates) which is refundable on your departure by are management company.

We have a local shop and bar at the front of the complex.

Conditions

When booking we require a non refundable deposit, for this reason we suggest you can out holiday insurance. All breakage have to be paid for.

There are two main beaches in Albufera Fishermans beach been the most popular.
Portugal is known for it’s excellent golf course’s there is a choice of five award winning ones in nearby Vilamoura.
Branqueira is an ideal place to stay on holiday with it peaceful setting yet close to all the main places of interest ie. beaches, the strip with it's night life.
