The beautifully tiled bathroom has a bath with shower over, WC, bidet and wash basin.
Fully fitted and equipped kitchen consisting of oven and hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and toaster. All utensils, crockery etc are included.
The lounge/dining room has a large sofa, TV and DVD player, and a dining table with 4 chairs. This area is also air conditioned, and has patio doors leading to the private terrace and garden.

It is the perfect location for some of the finest golf courses in Europe.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

Albufeira / Olhos d'Agua area

Olhos d’Agua is a small fishing village in a beautiful setting, ideal for relaxing but also close enough to enjoy the night life offered at Albufeira, nightclubs and entertainment bars can be found on The Strip at Oura, which is a 5 minute taxi ride.

There are several beaches within walking distance, Maria Luisa and Olhos d’Agua being the nearest approximately 10 minutes walk. Each having a fish restaurant and bar, and during the peak periods various water sports are available. Praia da Falesia (5 minute drive) runs between Olhos d’Agua and Vilamoura - this is a beautiful long beach dropped by the red sandstone cliffs and is un-crowded even during the summer period. Praia da Oura in Albufeira is within easy reach and offers a diving centre.

The nearest supermarket, bars, and restaurants are a short walk (5 mins). The majority of attractions are within a 20 minute drive, including Slide and Splash, Aqualand, Zoomarine, and many more. Also available are excursions to local markets and other places of interest i.e. to Seville and Lisbon.

How to get there

How to get there

Fly to Faro airport, transfer to the apartment is 25kms, approximately 30 minutes. Local taxis at the airport will cost approximately 30 euro’s. Faro is now served by low cost-cost/charter airlines as well as British Airways and TAP Air Portugal. Airport Transfers & Car Hire can be arranged when booking the apartment.

A 30% deposit is required to secure the booking and the balance 9 weeks before arrival.
There is a refundable security deposit of £150 which is refunded on the inspection of the apartment and the return of the keys.
