A 30% deposit is required to secure the booking and the balance 9 weeks before arrival.
There is a refundable security deposit of £150 which is refunded on the inspection of the apartment and the return of the keys.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region
The Algarve has all year round sunshine, boasting 300 days of fabulous weather. It is a beautiful area with miles of sandy beaches and great nightlife. It is also somewhere to relax and soak in the cultural delights of the region. You can find top quality restaurants and bars in the area as well, with fantastic cuisine, including some of the best seafood in the world! Whatever your kind of holiday, the Algarve has it all.
The Albufeira / Olhos d'Agua area
Olhos d’Agua is a small fishing village in a beautiful setting, ideal for relaxing but also close enough to enjoy the night life offered at Albufeira, nightclubs and entertainment bars can be found on The Strip at Oura, which is a 5 minute taxi ride.
There are several beaches within walking distance, Maria Luisa and Olhos d’Agua being the nearest approximately 10 minutes walk. Each having a fish restaurant and bar, and during the peak periods various water sports are available. Praia da Falesia (5 minute drive) runs between Olhos d’Agua and Vilamoura - this is a beautiful long beach dropped by the red sandstone cliffs and is un-crowded even during the summer period. Praia da Oura in Albufeira is within easy reach and offers a diving centre.
The nearest supermarket, bars, and restaurants are a short walk (5 mins). The majority of attractions are within a 20 minute drive, including Slide and Splash, Aqualand, Zoomarine, and many more. Also available are excursions to local markets and other places of interest i.e. to Seville and Lisbon.

How to get there
Fly to Faro airport, transfer to the apartment is 25kms, approximately 30 minutes. Local taxis at the airport will cost approximately 30 euro’s. Faro is now served by low cost-cost/charter airlines as well as British Airways and TAP Air Portugal. Airport Transfers & Car Hire can be arranged when booking the apartment.

This apartment is fantastic. It is a little home from home. The apartment complex is extremely secure and clean. The apartment itself is immaculate. I was thrilled to be staying there. The pool area is big and spacious. The apartment complex is only a ten minute walk from a large supermarket and various restaurants. The beach at Olhas D'Agua is beautiful and the restaurants down in the village are fantastic. A short cab ride to Albufiera is great for some night life (A restaurant call Wild & Co is fantastic). I also wouldnt miss out on a trip to Vilamoura to see the beautiful Marina and restaurants. The owner Joy is extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this apartment to others and would go back in a heartbeat :) |

This holiday apartment was like home from home and very comfortable with all the home gadgets and comfort items necessary etc Dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, TV & DVD. The grounds of the apartment offers tennis courts and swimming pool areas. The apartment was very near to loads of resturants and beaches by walking, taxi or buses. There were many internet cafe at reasonalbe prices. The old town of Albuferia was lovely! Lots of sightseeing opportunities and i spent a day in Spain too. |
