It's only 5 mins drive to The Strip , and Albufeira old centre is 2,5 km away. Leading from the living room or the dining room is a spacious veranda with views to the sea. Private driveway with parking for 4 cars. Tiled patio areas around the villa lead you to the 10m x 5m private pool and a covered terrace with barbecue and garden furniture. - 20% non refundable deposit to secure your booking ;
- 80% to be paid 2 month before occupancy date or, at arrival ( only cash payments are accepted at arrival ).
We accept payments by cheque or bank transfer ( Pounds or Euros ).
£ 150 refundable security deposit to cover breakages.
This deposit will be fully returned in cash at your departure ( subject to satisfactory property and inventory inspection and if no excess cleaning is needed ).
Additional excess cleaning ( due to negligence on the part of the holiday makers ) will be charged for on departure and deducted from the security deposit.
