The Algarve has long been a holiday destination boasting the most sun hours in Europe.Albufeira has a long history as an old fishing town with lots of character buildings.Well known for its blue flag beaches,there are lots of small bays to explore.
Salgados Golf is close to the sea and the variety of lakes make this a very interesting test of golfing skills, different to other courses in the Algarve. Par for the course is 72. Only10 minutes by car.
The Albufeira / Gale area
Praia do Coelha is a 3 minute walk away. The beach is reached by wooden steps or a wooden ramp. The beach has a restaurant and is a small cove that isn't overcrowded even in high season. May, June and September ideal for those that don't want it too hot.
It takes 5 minute by car to go to Albufeira or a pleasant half hour walk. Small supermarket and plenty of restaurants just minutes away by foot. By car 10 minutes to the shopping centre which has a cinema and lots of shops. The Airport is 40 minutes. The Marina is close by and Taxi rank for those without cars. There are plenty of other beaches and resteraunts to explore nearby and the world famous Sir Cliff Richards has his Vinyard and wine tasting 10 minutes away, which is open to visitors. Other attractions not too far away include Zoo marine park, water slide parks and Silves castle. Cliff top walking and Salgdos nature park where you can see flocks of Flamingos and horse riding.Excelent night life and bars in Albufeira old town only short taxi ride.

“Amazing luxurious villa for family,groups,friends,great location”
I recently stayed at villa oasis to celebrate my 40th birthday with 7 friends. Villa Oasis has the 'wow factor'. Luxurious and well equipped, peaceful location, fantastic picturesque beach few minutes walk with great friendly beach bar alternatively reliable taxi service with Antonio 10 minutes to the old town/new town for restaurants/bars/shopping. The owners Manfred and Tracy made us very welcome and providing essentials bread,milk etc on arrival. My friends and I were impressed by the high standards and cleanliness and I would definitely recommend Villa Oasis to friends and family. Thank you Manfred and Tracy for making our stay comfortable and enjoyable experience. We will return kind regards Sharon

“third time ive stayed here we all love it !”
This villa is pure luxury , very big yet fells homely . Its location is perfect short walk to a fantastic beach with a nice beach bar that does very nice food . There are lots of other good restrants and bars near by. Jump in a cab for shopping centre , water park , night clubs ,more beaches , tennis , and golf courses, Im planning a golf trip with 7 mates for later in the year !!
“Amazing villa with a great beach in walking distance”
The villa is unbelievable - finished to such a high standard and everything you could need in it. A cute little beach is a close walk and there are not a lot of tourists - and a wonderful cafe on the beach that we spent a lot of time at.
We travelled from Qld Australia to see Family in the UK, we then took 3 family couples along with ourselves to this beautiful villa for 14 nights. Tracy and Manfred are very professional and very helpful, Manfred even left us a set of golf clubs to use which we did on numerous occasions at Salgados. The villa is everything they claim and as 8 adults we had an absolute blast there, the local beach is beautiful, "Adriana" in the beach cafe was excellent, the best restaurant by a long way is Jompra, our waitress "Romana" was superb. Nearest WiFi is at the other local restaurant at the top of the road which is also very good food and service. The fresh Croissants from Manfred were a nice touch and he did offer to run us into town if needed, tho we preferred to walk as we needed the exercise, the cliff top walks are superb. I have no hesitation in recommending this villa and area to anyone, we were very impressed and coming from our beautiful part of the world that is indeed a compliment. Thank You Manfred & Tracy, keep up the good work.

“It had it all”
Having landed in the dark and subsequently getting lost, we rang Manfred who was extremely patient, and greeted us at 11pm at the Villa. A fridge stocked with all the essentials required after a flight, bread, butter, cheese, wine and beer! We were in awe of the beautifully presented Villa. We are two families who both have a mix of children from 16yrs to 9yrs, hence the reason for choosing accommodation providing bedrooms each with their own bathrooms. We could not wish for a better place to stay, a peaceful location, a superb Villa and a Cliff Richard in the local restaurant! A few minutes walk to the beach, a short drive to an excellent, well stocked supermarket, 10 minutes to Albufeira, and 30 minutes to Vilamoura. The Villa is located in a perfect position. A great pool which the children loved, comfortable sunbeds, all in perfect surroundings. Manfred was the perfect host bringing us fresh fruit from his garden one day, and freshly baked croissants (from the supermarket) the next. Tracy communicated with us regularly whilst booking, and she was there to see us leave on our last day. A great holiday, spent in a stylish and beautiful Villa, with great hosts. “Terrific Modern Villa with great access to Beach and superb Restaurants.”
We had a great family holiday at Villa Oasis. The villa is in an enclosed gated plot, really modern with great rooms and bathrooms. Location is great without a the need for a car. It's a quick walk down to the Beach, with a great little bar. Several great restaurants are within walking distance, especially O'Marinero's (superb service and food...a real holiday highlight).
The whole process of the booking was hassle free, great communication and quick emails from Tracy. When we arrived Manfred was there to meet us and couldn't be more helpful.
Great Villa, great owners (who really wanted to make sure our visit was top notch), great holiday.

“Amazing Villa”
We booked this villa as the bedroom configuration suited 2 families perfectly with all bedrooms having their own bathrooms... We were a party of 8 with 4 children from 10 - 20yrs old. The villa is in a fantastic position where you can see the sea from the large kitchen window. The gardens were kept beautifully as the whole villa being kept immaculate. The beach was only a 5 minute stroll, we walked to some fantastic local restaurants that were recommended by Tracy & Manfred, our fabulous 'landlords'. We would recommend this villa to all our family & friends and anyone else wanting to holiday in the Algarve. Tracy & Manfred were fantistic and called in every few days to make sure we were all okay..... nice touch. We shall be returning. The Lloyds & Burnells x

“A truly amazing villa with perfect location”
We stayed at the Oasis Vila on the last week of July 2012. Having scoured the Internet and the Owners Direct website. It is very hard to ascertain a good villa from most photos that others post as you never know what is just out of shot! I can positively confirm that there is nothing hidden here, the private location is as described and photographed. Infact, the reality is far better. The villa is simply divine with all facilities of your own home available and supplied to a very high standard. I will start by describing the interior. Kitchen The kitchen is clean, new and spacious, cooking for 10 would be no issue. There is a dishwasher, microwave, oven, electric hob, decent sink and drainer. The units are near new and very clean. The windows have electric security/night shutters operated by the touch of a button (every shutter can be closed or opened with a single button near the front door, this helps keep the house cool and secure) Air Conditioning Unit Utility Room Supplied with washing machine, tumble dryer, sink and storage cupboards and an airer. There is also, mob, bucket etc. Dining room / Lounge There is a wood burner, L shaped sofa and coffee table, flat screen TV (approx 36") with cable and DVD player. Patio door to the pool ( great to watch the Olympics and also keep an eye on the kids) Large wooden dining table and chairs (8 chairs I think) Central glazed inner patio area open to the elements.
Ground Floor Bedroom Double bed, sliding wardrobes, view over front garden, air conditioning unit.
Ground Floor Toilet & Shower Fully tiled toilet and shower area with sink.
Lower Ground Floor (via stairs) The lower area has two rooms both with private bathrooms with bath/shower, toilet and sinks. Both also have ample storage in the sliding doors provided.
Upper floor Bedroom The master bedroom is very large and full of light ( the night shutters enable a dark room for those wanting black out) the bathroom has a whirlpool bath and over bath shower with bidet and twin sinks. There is a large sliding wardrobe area that was big enough for all our luggage ( and believe me that says something, however I am reliably informed by my girlfriend that she has only a few clothes and others have far more!!!!! ) The view from the balcony is beautiful and very private and peaceful of an evening. Windows have electric shutters.
Upper floor area There is an office / single bed area at the top of the building with a small private sun terrace housing the satellite dish. The view is amazing and a sea view.
Overall the villa is fantastic, we all commented on how fab it was, and only wish we could afford to buy it! The location is great and albeit I'm not a fast walker, the beach is only 4 minutes walk ( yes I timed it! ) there is a great snack cafe /bar there and prices are very reasonable. Just up the road, approx 400 meters is a local shop, the stock most of the basics and proved very handy. The local supermarket is within walking distance but I reccomend if you don't have a car, take a taxi back as in 36 degrees C, its no fun carrying bags of shopping.
The locals were very friendly and the restaurants reccomended in the guest book were great.
In summary, this is a very clean, elegant, spacious, superbly located villa with all the create comforts that all other villas seem to forget. We will be rebooking. Tracy and Manfred were sublime hosts and the lift to the supermarket from Manfred was a pleasant surprise.
From the moment we arrived at the villa and were met my Tracy and Manfred we knew we had made the best holiday decision ever.
The villa is very luxurious with all the things you could possibly need or want; from a fully equipped kitchen, to glamorous en-suite bathrooms, light airy rooms, plenty of private space should you need it (inside and out) right down to a divine pool and pool toys to amuse everyone. The gardens are gorgeous with beautiful flowers and forna and the villa name `Oasis' has never been more apt.
There are plenty of places to eat close by and our favourites were O'Marinheiro and Jompra (great atmosphere and charming hosts). The closest beach is literally a 5 minute walk away and it is one of the prettiest coves I've ever seen (Rabbit Beach). There is a lovely beach bar with the most superb views and I recommend being there around 6.00pm when the sunlight turns the cliffs a glorious honey colour - picture perfect.
We loved our two weeks at Oasis and will certainly return. The weather was superb although at night it got a bit chilly and you would need a jumper outside, but I'm sure later on in the season it will be balmy. The plus of the breeze was that there were no mossies. It was exactly what we wanted from a holiday and hopefully you will enjoy it as much as we did.

“An absolutely wonderful experience we would love to repeat.”
This villa has to be among the very best. I searched the internet for many weeks and found the most perfect one! Staying here with my family and friends I found the villa made the holiday an excellent experience. It was immaculate, with good quality furniture & decor, spacious & well appointed with excellent facilities. It was so clean and true to all the photos we saw online. The villa had very comfortable beds & furniture, it was entirely insect free, it has a safe & with good security, so I was able to relax properlyat the pool while the kids slept safely during the day.Loved the pool, especially being able to walk out onto the patio and have it right there just for us. A home away from home. The kitchen & dining area was important too & we were able to enjoy dining as a family on a regular basis. It's a lovely peaceful area, Very close to the beach only a few minutes walk, and a 5 minute taxi drive took you to all the restaurants and bars. Washing facilities were in a separate utility room, such a bonus! The owners were excellent, polite & helpful whenever we needed them, great to deal with. They also took us to the supermarket on arrival to pick up all our essentials for our stay. They answered emails so promptly before we arrived with all the info we needed, and i did ask alot of questions. Poor Tracy :-) The guest information book came in handy a few times and was very informative.I would highly recommend this type of holiday and this particular villa, I could go on and write forever, i cant praise it enough. “Absolutely Fabulous”

4 x adults & 2 x children age 3 and 7 months. Just returned from a ten night stay at the wonderful oasis villa.
Villa was immaculate on arrival and it had everything we needed for the perfect family holiday (even pool toys for the kids). Bedrooms are all on separate floors which is ideal for privacy if travelling in a family group. Villa was furnished to a very luxurious and comfortable standard. Location is very tranquil only minutes from a beautiful sandy cove beach which we walked to every evening for drinks and to watch the sun set. A short taxi ride (approx 10 euro) takes you to the old town if you want a lively night out however once we arrived at the villa we soon realised that everything we needed was on our doorstep. Staying somewhere as nice as this left no requirement for eating out and we barbecued most nights.
We can not speak highly enough of the owners Tracy & Manfred, the special touches, hospitality and frequent lifts to Apolonia supermarket made our holiday. Thank you!!
Ate out on our last night at a restaurant called Jompre which is an easy 10 minute walk from the villa. Staff were attentive and food was amazing and very reasonably priced...thank you Manfred for the recommendation, you were right the beef wellington was the best we ever tasted!!
All in all a superb holiday, we can't wait to return next year!!

“A stunning villa ideal for a great holiday”
Wow, what an amazing holiday we have just had!! Oasis villa was stunning and the ideal place for a great holiday. The location was so peaceful and with the beach just a 5 minute walk away and a handful of lovely restaurants (Marineiro being our favourite) within walking distance it was a perfect place in every way. The villa was tastefully decorated and modern and felt very homely. It was great for our two children (aged 1 & 5) to run around freely and play safely. It was great to eat in the villa too with lunch by the pool or a bbq in the evening and the supermarket was not too far to go and get somelovely local produce. Manfred and Tracy are so friendly and helpful, we really felt looked after. We did not want to leave.

“Fantastic house, fantastic location”
Spent Easter week in the villa with extended family. Villa was extremely well presented and had very nice gardens around. Furnished to a high quality with good powerful showers. Kitchen had all the amenities that were required and new BBQ was delivered during stay. Villa was located 5 minute walk from small beach and several other beaches were located within 15 minute walk. Several restaurants within walking distance including the fantastic O'Marinero. Everybody thoroughly enjoyed stay and Manfred was an extremely attentive host. Well worth a visit.
