About the home

Jacaranda is a small community of 43, mostly privately owned villas set in spacious, quiet gardens but is only 4 minutes walk to the famous 'strip' with its bars restaurants & shops and 6 minutes walk to the beach.. A tranquil and picturesque oasis away from the bustle of the town, Jacaranda is the ideal place for a simple holiday in the sun.

The villa as a new private pool and access to the tennis courts. If you want to leave this haven of peace and quiet, the sandy beach of Praia da Oura is 250 metres away.

This typical villa is ideal for families or groups that are looking for a quiet setting with excellent entertainment space.

The house is fully equipped with linens and towels. Full kitchen with hobs, oven, microwave, Maq Washing clothes and dishes, etc.. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 toilets .. Ideal for 7 / 8 people. Lots of light and sun lounge is very large and spacious. Fireplace and AC. Beyond the garden, has an exterior terrace with BBQ, shaded dining room adjacent to, read or rest. All enclosed which gives great privacy.

The Albufeira / Oura Beach area

Albufeira is a beautiful town with great character, full of tiny whitewashed houses with terracotta roofs, narrow cobbled streets. The pedestrian street offers many restaurants, shops, bars, cafes, late night boutiques, music bars, etc.

Praia da Oura is more lively, cosmopolitan, family friendly with the stunning Oura Beach just down at the bottom of a steep hill.

For day time and night-life you have the busy streets of Montechoro, Praia Da Oura and Albufeira that are located only a few minutes away from the villa.

In the neighbouring beaches there is a variety of water sports available, and enjoyable meals in the existing restaurants and bars.

The shopping centre “Algarve Shopping” is situated in Guia which is approx. 15 minutes away, as well as the famous theme park Zoomarine which is open all year around and not to be missed for families.

There are many coices of water parks across the Algarve, such as the Aquashow situated in Quarteira, Aqualand, in Alcantarilha and Slide & Splash in Lagoa. They are usually open during the months of June to September.

Albufeira has slowly developed into a superbly-facilitated tourist resort without losing its traditional, Portuguese charm.

“Excellent locacion and very nice Villa with lovely private pool” Excellent villa with excellent locacion. Car is not necessary because is 5 minutes walking to Oura beach, 2 minutes walking to famous strip plenty of restaurants, bars and shops, the nearest supermarket is only 1 minute walking but there many others around and Albufeira oldtown is 20 mintes walking. We travel by car and it stay in car space all the time. This villa is in Jacaranda villas, a private condominium with security all night and all day too in summer time. The best is pool area, lovely pool with 4 sunbeds, garden, table, chairs and parasol. Kitchen is very well equiped with dischwascher, microwave and all utilities. There are clothes machine too. Kitchen are recently refurnisch and is very nice. Living room with sofas, table and chairs, TV, internet and AC and a lovely dinner room with direct acess to pool area with a big table and 8 chairs. 3 bedrooms, 1 in main floor ( first floor and pool floor ) and 2 others in lower floor ( garden floor ). Bedrooms doesn´t have AC, only living room in main floor. 2 bathrooms, 1 in main floor and other in lower floor. Bathrooms are not new but it´s OK. Furniture is rustic, not modern, but very well care and nice. Is a lovely 3 bedrooms villa and very nice for all families with teens, children or only couples because is near everthing but very quit and private. Onwer is very kind and friendly. Is an excellent choice if you look for a nice private villa with pool and near beach, restaurants, shops and bars. We travel with our pet and he love the villa gardens! We will try to book it next year again! We love so much the villa and locacion that we decide book another villa in the same condominium in summer time ( this villa was not available.. ) and owner help us to book the other villa, very kind!

“Excellent choice. Great location!” We were a family of 6 with a new born. Arrived early and the owner was there to meet us. Place was lovely and the pool area was great. Air Con in the main living room although it was rarely used. They had a cot for the baby too. Very central to "the strip" (less than 4min walk). The old town is a taxi ride and there is a rank accross the road. its about €4 each way. Lots of restaurants nearby and good prices too. Would definitely recommend and already cant wait to go back.
