The villa is in a secure complex with electronic access. Secure parking for two cars right outside the house. Downstairs is the modern fully equipped kitchen; one ensuite (shower) bedroom with a double bed and balcony onto the pool area. The dining room and lounge area are open plan and full of light, with a lovely ambiance. The lounge has large sliding doors that open onto the terrace which has an outdoor table and large umbrella with seating for 8; a BBQ, 4 pool loungers and your own private pool. Upstairs has the shared bathroom (shower, toilet, bidet and basin) two twin bedrooms with balconies, one of which has an ensuite with shower and jacuzi bath as well as a television; and one bedroom with a double bed, and small balcony.

Short stays allowed (out of season) from 3 days.
Down payment / Deposit of 50% requested for reservation, the 50% remaining (final balance) is paid on check in.

Refundable Security deposit of 200€ requested and is payable with the final balance, and if there are no breakages or damages will be returned to you on the last day of your holiday.

The Algarve region
The Algarve is the southernmost region of Portugal and it's one of Europe's favourite holiday destinations well known for glorious year round sunshine and excellent sandy beaches. These vary from secluded coves with amazing cliffs (about 10min away from the villa) to vast stretches of golden sand all sea washed by the fresh and clear Atlantic ocean. Inland you will find quaint villages barely touched by tourism. Traces of the Moorish presence are still evident in the local architecture. The orange groves and blossoming almond trees add colour to this fertile region in contrast with the whitewashed traditional houses. Due to the mild nature of the weather the Algarve is ideal for many outdoor sporting activities such as water sports, golf in one of the numerous world-class golf courses, tennis, horse riding, and many more. The Algarve not only known for its cosmopolitan nightlife with many bars and clubs but also for the many waterside restaurants serving fresh fish and "cataplana" (a local shellfish speciality).
Albufeira in the central Algarve region of Portugal, attracts thousands of visitors every year and it's easy to understand why! Albufeira old town has it's pretty cobbled streets lined with restaurants, bars, cafes and shops; the lively nightlife in São João; Albufeira marina with it's sugar candy coloured apartments and last but not least the lovely, sandy beaches. Albufeira is perfect for families, couples and singles of all ages and is central for all the tourist attractions.

"EXCELLENT VILLA / VERY HELPFUL OWNERS"
I stayed at this villa for 7 days in June 2014 and we had a great holiday.
The owners could not do any more for us and made us feel really welcome.
The villa was like brand new and a really nice house with a great facilities.
The kids loved their own pool.
Only 5 minutes from Albuferia in a taxi which was handy to go into town.
i would reccommend this to anyone wanting a quite villa not too far from Albuferia in a safe location. Great for kids.
