Living Rooms: Apartment decorated to a superior standard and includes CableTV (with a numerous of English speaking channel’s ) CD, DVD player (Selection of 100 DVD’s at your disposal) and surround sound system. Large sofa, coffee table and dining table with 6 chairs plus an extra sofa bed for two.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

Pricing includes all water and power used during your stay. - Stays include only all end of stay laundry and cleaning . - Linen provided for the all stay (2 changes p/person, inc. towels ).
20% deposit required for booking confirmation (the balance is then paid to the owner 6 weeks before the start date of the booking). In the event that a booking is taken less than 6 weeks before the planned arrival, payment in full is taken from the client.
There is a Euro 100 damage security deposit refundable once verified that the property has been left in a proper condition after your stay.

We had a fantastic time. Your apartment is lovely and I am very envious that you have such a lovely place in the old town. We will definitely book through you again. Everything was well planned, from the airport transfers arriving exactly on time to senior manuel (who was lovely). We knew exactly where we were as we have been staying in Albufuria every year for the past 18 years. The apartment was lovely and clean, had everything we needed and was well positioned for the square and the beach. We found a lovely Portugese restaurant on the same road which served excellant food and was very good price, it was only a shame that we were there for only one week. The weather was very hot, some days 31 degrees which was a lot hotter than the same time last year when we stayed (Quinta da Balai in a villa).We had to use the air con on these occasions which was very effective and soon cooled us down. The apartment was very secure and we felt very safe.The selection of dvd,s was more like a dvd library and we enjoyed 2 films. I think I chose the best place when I chose yours!
To make you laugh we did have a little mis understanding with senior manuel this morning. He came to check over the apartment at 8.00am and he brought his small holdall with him (I did not know it was his). It ended up on top of our luggage and he picked it up and moved it. I said to my mum, oh thats nice he,s helping with the bags. To cut a long story short we thought it was our bag and he was trying to tell us it was his, it was so funny - you had to be there. We were all laughing our heads off including senior manuel.

Dear Mr Lemos The stay at your apartment was very nice. The facilities and equipment in the kitchen were excellent. The towels were adeqate and so was all the cleaning equipment. The sun terrace and barbeque were also very nice. On the whole we had a very enjoyable stay and the apartment is well located to the square and the beach. Thank you for all the arrangements. I will show all the photos of the apartment to my colleagues at the office and hopefully, if they holiday in Portugal they will contact you. We hope to visit Portugal again and will certainly contact you if we do.

Hi Antonio, here is my opinion of Rua 5 Outubro Great accommodation. The interior and upkeep was faultless and to a high standard. The inclusion of two air conditioning units was excellent . The facilities were better than expected and provided a great level of comfort. All in all the entire package at that time of year (sept) was delivered professionally and at the right price. I would definitely consider this apartment again.

We have just had a lovely holiday in your flat and would recommend it to anyone! I have, in fact, already passed your details on to a friend for future use. The size and location are perfect - walking distance to the square and beach and yet far away enough from the noise to have a peaceful sleep. We also felt very secure.
We had two very successful barbeques on the roof terrace and evening drinks on the roof were very pleasing!
It would be difficult to improve on anything at all, except the lack of mirrors in the bedrooms and there were no small bins in the bathrooms but, as we were a party of 4 women, there can never be enough mirrors!! The flat is extremely well furnished and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need for a holiday.
All in all, I would say that I will definitely return at a later date.
