The property has 2 double bedrooms, 1st with a king size bed and 2nd with two singles that can be put together, Both bedrooms have air conditioning and balconies, one with a table and chairs overlooking the neighbouring lemon trees. The main bathroom upstairs has bath with shower toilet, bidet and basin unit and downstairs is a large shower room with toilet and basin unit, both have overlight mirrors and bath towels etc.
The large entrance hall gives access to the kitchen and to the dining area and lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped, including 6 person crockery and cutlery and glasses and a juice maker.
The dining area has a 6 seater table.
The lounge includes air conditioning and has two sofas, LCD TV with English satellite box and dvd player and a Radio/CD player.
Large patio doors of the lounge leads to a terrace with a table and four chairs allowing alfresco diining with a glass of wine to watch the world go by.
Beach towels are supplied for your use at the pool or the beach.

Steps down from the terrace leads to a large patio area which includes a parasol with stand and lidded gas barbecue with tools and gas supplied.
The pool area is a short walk away and access to the underground carpark can be from the front or rear. 4 poolside sun beds are also available for your own private use, the pool itself also has toilet facilities and a shower.

Payment can be by bank draft or cheque. Please note all payments must in full no later than 8 weeks before your arrival. Less than 8 weeks will result in full payment due on booking.
A refundable breakages deposit is also required payable on entry of £200 returned after a property inspection within 2 weeks.

BookThe Algarve / Central Algarve region
The Algarve is one of the world's most attractive holiday destinations offering 160 km of gorgeous, golden, sandy beaches, rocky coves, clear waters, rugged cliffs and enchanting grottoes.
The region is blessed with a wonderful climate, ideal for swimming, sunbathing and water sports in summer, and mild enough in spring, autumn and winter for tennis, golf, clifftop or countryside walking, exploring and sightseeing.
Despite the obvious influence of tourism, a short drive inland reveals the true Algarve where life goes on much as it has for many centuries. This brightly coloured and verdant region is filled with orange groves, almond trees in blossom, carob and fig trees, and fragrant pines as well as some cork farms which are still in operation today.
The Mediterranean plants and trees put on a magnificent show throughout the year and there are plenty of nature parks and sanctuaries along the whole of the Algarve that attract many animals and birds.
For the sports enthusiasts, the Algarve has ideal conditions and top class facilities; The Algarve boasts a multitude of golf courses with many enjoying highly prized reputations. Watersports are second to none with the West coast beaches offering the best surfing, windsurfing and kitesurfing conditions.
Places of interest include the region's capital Faro and its old town, Loule and its market situated in a recently renovated Moorish building, Silves and its red fortress, Caldas de Monchique for its thermal waters, Portimao’s old town and port, Lagos for its vitality and historical interest and Cabo de S. Vicente with its imposing light-house.
Above all, the Algarve is a children's haven with several exciting water parks, 'Zoomarine' sealife centre, horse riding centres and plenty of fun on the beaches!
The Albufeira / Branqueira area
The Vila Branca complex is located near Branqueira which is just outside Albufeira between Vilamoura and Vale Navio set in the very pretty Algarvean countryside. There is a small cafe directly opposite the complex which also has a small supermarket for essentials and from there you can order taxis. Further on there are several bars,cafes, restaurants and a supermarket on the main road which is about 10 minutes' walk from the complex.. The townhouse is about a 5 minute drive to Albufeira's famous 'Strip' with its bars, restaurants and late night entertainment. The very pretty fishing village of Olhos d'Agua is also about a 7-8 minute drive from the complex and offers a quieter, more relaxed day or evening out.
The nearest beaches are Maria Luisa and Santa Eulalia, both very pretty and close to lots of shops, bars and restaurants.
The local golf course is Balaia Golf which is situated in the Santa Eulalia area of Albufeira. However the Algarve is well known for having plenty of wonderful golf courses and there is a choice of five award winning courses in nearby Vilamoura.
Zoo Marine is based in Guia a short car/bus ride. Zoo Marine features dolphin and tropical bird shows, an aquarium, fairground rides and swimming pools surrounded by beautiful lakes and gardens.
There is a choice of three water parks - Aqualand, Slide and Splash and Aquashow - all within a short drive.
Old town Albufeira is about 3km away on the far side of Albufeira main town. Here there is a mixture of the historic and traditional flavour of the Algarve with cobbled streets and picturesque leafy town squares, plus a superb variety of restaurants, bars and shops. The Old Town is a very safe family orientated area with free entertainment available nightly at many bars in the summer season.
Albufeira Marina offers various types of boat trip and has a number of restaurants and bars to relax in after a pleasant day sailing.
For those who want more vibrant night life, the famous "strip" in neighbouring Albufeira offers a multitude of bars, restaurants and nightclubs.
In the other direction, neighbouring Vilamoura offers a wonderful chance to sit with a glass of wine whilst watching the yachts in the marina shimmer in the Algarve sun. The marina area also offers good night life with a wide choice of restaurants and bars. There are many different types of boat trip available here, including "dolphin watching", "fishing" and "BBQ on the Beach".

You can get to this beautiful part of Portugal, with flights from UK and Ireland with British Airways, Easyjet, FlyBe, Ryanair, Aer Lingus and Monarch. Airport transfers can be arranged. The nearest airpor is Faro airport. At Faro airport you will find several rental cars companies to choose from. It takes about 35 mins from the airport to Villa Branca. You can also fly to Lisbon and get the train from the main train station, which is called Oriente. It takes 3hrs 30 mins to Albufeira station and is very reasonably priced. From Albufeira station it is a 5 min taxi drive to the house.
