This is a large terraced holiday home with a private garden laid to lawn. The property is spacious and amply allows 6 people to holiday in comfort. The large condominium swimming pool is just a 30 second walk at the rear of the property.
As you enter the property through the front door you have a lovely lounge area, at the end of the hall with plenty of sofa area, TV, Sky receiver, DVD, dining table and chairs and large patio windows leading out to the garden and sunny terrace area.
Also on the ground floor is a guest toilet and the fully equipped kitchen area.
Up the stairs on the first floor you have are three bedrooms, the master bedroom has a balcony and en-suite bathroom (bath) and also two other bedrooms which share a bathroom with bathtub. All the bedrooms have windows opening on to garden or condominium area and the property is not overlooked.
The garden lawn is ideal for relaxing, playing, sunbathing and lounging.

It is just a 40 metre walk along a path by the house to the large communal swimming pool which is fenced and gated and is only used by another 7 similar town houses.
It is surrounded by terraces with a poolside shower with sunbeds.

*A security deposit of €200 is required upon arrival and will be return, after inspection, upon departure

This lovely house is very well located being only a short drive to the vibrant Albufeira Old Town with its numerous bars and restaurants and very talented street musicians. The super village of Guia, famous as the home of Chicken Piri-Piri (absolutely delicious) is a few minutes walk and the Algarve Shopping Centre, with its shops, cinemas and bowling alley etc is close by. The must visit Zoomarine with its shows and rides, (especially the spectacular Dolphin show and 4D cinema) is about a 10 minute drive. Plus much, much more!
There is a bus service from Guia to the glorious Blue Flag beaches at Galé and to Albufeira.

The Albufeira / Guia area
Casa Roxy belongs to the estate of Quinta dos Alamos in Guia. Parks, narrow streets and beautifully designed villas form the picture of this particular resort. Only 45 minutes from Faro Airport, you will find charming lodgings, between fig, almond, carob and olive grouped trees. Those who like their holidays far away to spend the larger resorts and still appreciate a central location, has found the right thing: the system is a Portuguese village inspired, beautiful beaches, many sports facilities and attractive golf courses (6 km) in the vicinity. The village of Guia is within walking distance. Here you will find in a variety of restaurants and cafes, as well as pharmacies and banks. Guia is particularly known for his chicken dish "Piri Piri". Due to its central location, the village is also an ideal base for exploring the Algarve. In the vicinity is Albufeira, the city is mainly due to its picturesque old town is a popular destination.
