The Algarve / Central Algarve region
Algarve is just perfect for a relaxing and fun holiday. With a long beautiful coast with beaches of fine sand and transparent water in the east and with high rocks and cliffs, exotic vegetation in the west side. Almost a full year of sun, several choice of golf courses, being a attraction for players all over the world. The marinas are offering great activities like boat trips around the coast, dolphin watching and fishing. Sailing and deep fishing are a delight for those who like to enjoy sealife. Countryside is worth a look with beautiful mountains, great views and tasty food. Morning markets, flea markets and gypsy markets are a visit card for people that love the fresh food and look for the specialities of the Algarve. So much to discover, it is great to live in the Algarve!
Albufeira / Santa Eulalia area
This apartment is perfectly located in Santa Eulalia with walking distances to the restaurants, supermarkets, shops.
Transportation like taxis and buses are aproximately 300m from home. Buses are available for visit Albufeira and others that will take you to the tematic parks, water parks, like Zoomarine, KrazyWorld, Bigone...
For golfers, it is only a short drive for the Balaia Golf Course (1,5km) and a little more to reach the Sheraton Pine Cliffs (3.5km).
For nightlifers, there are several choices in Oura and Santa Eulália, a street with all kind of bars, with irreverent and sexy dancers, barman's freestyle, cocktails bars and the popular discos near the beaches open until dawn.
For those who love football, they can watch the English matches in giant screens (Sky sports, Sport Tv and Eurosport), some bars also have live music, karaoke and snooker.
The Oura strip is recommended for those who love beautiful naked girls, watch them doing lap dances and private dances if you require. This hot place is located at walking distance from home.
Go to the beautiful beaches of Santa Eulália and Oura with wonderful rocks, beautiful exotic trees. There are snack bars, restaurants and discos close by.
The food is great, choose your favourite restaurant, some with charcoal grilled food, seafood and fish specialities, try the desserts from the Algarve. There are many, please choose your favourite.
The supermarkets are at a short distance, you can also go to he Algarve Shopping Centre, it is the biggest comercial centre of the Algarve, its complex offers a wide range of shops, an hypermarket, 9 cinema screens (films in english), ten-pin bowling and fast food including KFC, Mcdonalds and Pizza Hut.
For those who love to sail, fishing, deep-fishing and discover the beautiful coast of the Algarve, they can go to the Albufeira Marina. You can go in a cruise and choose from watching the dolphins, do fishing, visit the wonderful caves and grottes.

Further details indoors: The apartment is fully equipped, has a bedroom with double bed and another bedroom with two single beds, both including fitted wardrobes. There are two single sofa beds for sleeping two more persons. There is a lift for a faster and easier access to the apartment.
Living room is spacious with comfortable sofas and dining table for six persons. Has a Tv, dvd player, Satellite Tv with Sky receiver for watching your favourite ITV and BBC channels. Please bring your own Sky cards if you like to watch Sky Sports or Sky Movies and many other codified programs.
The Kitchen is equipped with all apliances. The master bedroom and the lounge has access to the balcony with great views of the gardens and pools. There are separate bathrooms, one with shower and another with jacuzzi bath.
Further details outdoors: The complex is accessed by a secure electric gate with a remote control and has a parking for your car. There are outstanding gardens with so much space to take sunbathing and for chidrens play.
There is also a tennis court and a park for children close by. The swimming pools are really great, the indoor pool is warm enough to swim all year (electric system), you fell well inside with the cover that keeps a good temperature inside. The outdoor pool for adults is very spacious, great for swimmers , you can also seat, relax and rest in this area. Finally another outdoor pool for the children having fun.
Please bring your own pool / beach towels.

- All prices are for the property, per week for 2 until 4 persons stay. For 5, 6 persons please contact me to know the prices.
- Discount of 40€ per week for 2 persons. Exception: The price is the same in Easter, Christmas and New Year, June, July, August and 1/ 15 September.
- Minimum period stay is 7 days.
- Changeoverday: Flexible from 16 / 30 September until May. Saturday or Sunday from June until 1 / 15 September.
- Arrival hour is any time from 3.00 pm and departure hour is before 10.00 am (this is to allow time to clean and prepare the villa for next arrival).
- 40% deposit required for booking the property (not refundable). Balance payment, 60%, to be paid on the arrival day. Payment in Euros.
- Security: the amount of 200€ in cash is required for security breakage of the house equipment. This must be paid on arrival and will be refunded on departure providing no damage occured.

"Hi David,
The apartment was excellent, very clean and modern, as we're the swimming pools. There are many restaurants and bars only a two minute walk away, with plenty of variety and great value for money. The beach at Santa Eulalia was perfect, a small clean beach with soft golden sands and less than a five minute walk, perfect for families. We would recommend the apartment and Albufeira to anyone, the local people we're very friendly and lots of fun, we are hoping to come back next year and do it all again, I would also recommend trying to speak even a little Portuguese, as every attempt we made put a smile on the faces of our hosts. The best holiday we have ever had.

"First of all, I must say what a wonderful holiday we had at Maria's apartment at the Jardins de Santa Eulalia in Albufeira. We found Maria (the owner) to be more than helpful and a lovely lady to deal with. From the moment of booking, eveything went like 'clock work'.
We cannot fault anything about the apartment and were particularly impressed by the size and the facilities it had to offer. In fact, it was better than home from home as it has beautiful weather to go with it. By 10am the sun is on the balcony for the rest of the day - it's perfect. We found also that where the apartment is situated it is not only in a very quiet area but a short walk away from bars where you can get drinks, snacks and meals.
After two weeks I was very sad to leave but will definitely be recommending it to my family and friends.
