The apartment is in the first floor, has top quality finishings, with air conditioning, Sky receiver and a sunny balcony. The pool area has lovely gardens with seating area and large swimming pool and other pools smaller, perfect area for all ages: adults, children and babies. The Algarve / Central Algarve region
Algarve is just perfect for a relaxing and fun holiday. With a long beautiful coast with beaches of fine sand and transparent water in the east and with high rocks and cliffs, exotic vegetation in the west side. Almost a full year of sun, several choice of golf courses, being a attraction for players all over the world. The marinas are offering great activities like boat trips around the coast, dolphin watching and fishing. Sailing and deep fishing are a delight for those who like to enjoy sealife. Countryside is worth a look with beautiful mountains, great views and tasty food. Morning markets, flea markets and gypsy markets are a visit card for people that love the fresh food and look for the specialities of the Algarve. So much to discover, it is great to live in the Algarve!
Albufeira / Olhos d'Agua area
This apartment is located near the east beaches of Olhos de Água, Maria Luisa, Santa Eulália and Oura.
There is a large supermarket at the bottom of the drive 1 min walk away. Bus stop and taxi ranks are just over the road. Bars and restaurants are in abundance in the area and are 2 mins walk away. There is a post office and bank nearby. This includes a medium size supermarket with ATM cash machine, chemist, newspaper shop, bakery/internet cafe, buffet restaurant and excursion booking agent. In front of these shops is a bus stop and a taxi rank. There are direct bus services from here to Villamoura and Albufeira
One of the Olhos de Água best attractions are: the restaurants with open terrace, sea view,serving the typical portuguese food, self service, charcoal grilled specialities. Find a pizzeria, taverns, bars with Sky Sports, giant screens, live music, snooker and karaoke. All this fun and tasty places located near the beach of Olhos de Àgua.
Travel agency at walking distance, where you can arrange the transportation The apartment has walking distance to the shops and supermarkets (100m), travel agency can arrange the transportation to take you the water parks, theme parks like Zoomarine, Krazyworld and Aqualand or Slide and Splash. There are also buses passing nearby for travelling inside Albufeira
There is also a tourist train, great if you want to enjoy a train ride and discover the main atractions of the city. There is a bus stop and taxi rank within a 2 mins walk from the complex.
Marina of Albufeira is a place to visit with its many shops, restaurants, offering fantastic boats, cruises around the beaches to discover the coast (some with barbecue and champagne option).
Golf courses are at short drive, the nearest is the Balaia Golf course, but you can also choose from Sheraton Pine Cliffs and Salgados Golf Course, all located in Albufeira. The apartment is ideally located midway between Albufeira and Vilamoura. This means that golfers only have a short journey to the finest courses on the Algarve and can sample the bars, restaurants and nightlife of Albufeira in the evening.
Algarve Shopping is the biggest comercial centre of the Algarve (about 15 min drive), its complex offers a wide range of shops, an hypermarket, 9 cinema screens (films in english), ten-pin bowling and fast food including KFC, Mcdonalds and Pizza Hut.
Oura is at 2.5km from the apartment with a street with several kind of bars, famous discos and the popular Strip near the beach.
There are local shops and supermakets at walking distance from the apartment that are selling potteries, handicrafts, beach and fish articles, wines, spirits, tobbaco and also souvenirs shops.

Further details indoors: The apartment has lift , no need to use the steps. There are 2 bedroom with air conditioning, one with double bed and another with two twin beds, all with great sun exposure and facing south. They are fully equipped with large wardrobes with full lenght mirror and extra draw units and bedroom cabinets.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all apliances. There is a bathroom with shower and another with bath.
The living room is spacious with dining room, table and chairs for 6 persons, a comfortable lounge with access to a sunny balcony facing south with views of the surrounding area. Has a Satellite Tv with Sky receiver for watching your favourite ITV and BBC channels.
Towels are changed twice a week (on mid-week and weekend) and linen once a week.
Further details outdoors: Outside area there are three swimming pools and a fabulous garden around, perfect for sun exposure and with shaded area also. Please bring your own pool / beach towels.
At the entrance of this complex there is a covered parking for your car and a spacious wooded area great to relax and have our favourite grilled food. Beautiful space with high pine trees offering the shade needed, with picnic table, chairs and a barbecue area. Electronic gated access to the complex.
It is possible to go for a stroll or jog around the complex with its level pathways and rest benches.
The property is around 15 minutes walk from the centre of Olhos de Água and the beach and a short taxi ride away from the centre of Albufeira and the strip .

- All prices are for the property, per week for 2 until 4 persons stay. For 5, 6 persons please contact me to know the prices.
- Discount of 40€ per week for 2 persons. Exception: The price is the same in Easter, Christmas and New Year, June, July, August and 1/ 15 September.
- Minimum period stay is 7 days.
- Changeoverday: Flexible from 16 / 30 September until June. Saturday or Sunday from July until 1/ 15 September.
- Arrival hour is any time from 3.00 pm and departure hour is before 10.00 am (this is to allow time to clean and prepare the villa for next arrival).
- 40% deposit required for booking the property (not refundable). Balance payment, 60%, to be paid on the arrival day. Payment in Euros.
- Security: the amount of 200€ in cash is required for security breakage of the apartment equipment. This must be paid on arrival and will be refunded on departure providing no damage occured.

Veronica and I had a wonderful fortnight in the apartment. It is in such a quiet spot and yet close to everything-supermarket, restaurants etc. The apartment itself is very spacious and well appointed-nothing was missing, hair dryer, iron and board, radio and tv and plenty of cooking utensils, cutlery, glasses and crockery. in all-brilliant.
We were very lucky with the weather, especially at that time of year, some days we stayed around the pool area and sometimes walked down to the beach.
