This lovely 3 bedroom terraced villa with private pool and excellent sea views from all levels is just 500 metres from the beach and the Old Town of Albufeira.

The villa has the bedrooms on the upper level of the villa as you enter the property. They consist of 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom.
There is also a separate bathroom on this level with bath and shower cubicle.

On the lower level is the open plan lounge/ dining area with patio door out top the pool and terrace. There is also a well equipped kitchen on this level with a door leading out to the BBQ area.
Also on this level is a separate shower room.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

Albufeira is a busy fishing town and the liveliest resort along the coast. Excellent shops and a superb selection of bars and restaurants, serving dishes from all over the world. On the East side of town, the night life is second to none. However on the West side, Albufeira retains it's old world charm with narrow streets of white-washed houses leading into squares with market stalls and numerous restaurants and cafes. These streets in the old town also lead onto the spectacular beaches of golden sands interspersed with rock formations. From Albufeira you are within easy distance of all manner of sporting facilities and entertainment and of course fabulous beaches to the East and West.

The Albufeira / Cerro Grande area

Cerro Grande is an upmarket residential area on the West side of Albufeira, overlooking the Old Town and the Albufeira Marina.

It has a well stocked supermarket, bar and eating places which are well situated at Cerro grande.

The Town Centre and magnifcent beaches are in easy walking and other beaches, golf courses and water parks are easily accessible by car or public transport. Also many of the excursions have their own transport which pick up opposite the villa.

“Beautiful sea views” We were picked up from airport promptly in a private minibus and dropped off right outside our villa. The rental company had left us milk,bread ,cheese and ham and water. This was lovely as we could all get a bite of lunch before we ventured out to see our surroundings. The villa itself was clean but a little dated. It was not a surprise as the pictures show it as it is. We chose this villa for its location and for the sea view. It was well equipped with all the essentials needed for a self catering stay. We had a three month old baby with us and found the roads to and from the villa fine for pushing a buggy. It was a 12-15 minute downhill walk to main square where all the restaurants/shops were. The beach was about a 10 minute walk. There was a supermarket a 2 minute walk away from villa for all catering needs including fresh meat, veg etc..the sea view from pool area was fantastic. Both villas on each side looked like they were owned by locals and were very friendly. Was lovely and private. There were a couple of local restaurants nearby and a 4 star hotel a few yards up. So plenty of places to eat if you didn't want to walk to town. Albufiera itself has many beautiful restaurants.. We stayed for ten days and ate out in a different restaurant every night...really good seafood but also caters for non fish eaters as well. The local people were very friendly. If the villa was refurbished I would have rated it 5 stars but all in all it was a great stay. The cerro nova office was literally around the corner and we had a couple of very minor issues which they sorted immediately. English speaking agents and very helpful all round.
