Villa Description
These houses have magnificent views and a beautiful grass area to enjoy. Your private terrace is very spacious and leads to a further private area on the grass open space.
You will enjoy in addition to the groomed gardens and swimming pools, a hectare (two acres) of beautiful hillside, with walks, interesting plants, and things to discover. We can't show you photos, because our dreams are evolving.
Our spacious two bedroom townhouses are large enough to accomodate 6 people. Each bedroom could accomodate two adults and a cot, or three children.
The living areas in our homes are very spacious and can convert comfortably to include a sofa-bed or portable beds if you need extra accommodation.
In a number of our units we will have high quality sofa beds, or high quality foldaway beds. We don't see the point of offering poor standard beds on which you can't sleep!
Our properties are very well serviced, with childcare available, taxi services, extra cleaning, and a huge range of additional equipment not normally found in rental homes which can be pre-booked. We have a long list of equipment detailed on our booking page.

Our houses are built and furnished to five star standard. Our first year renting these beautiful homes is 2012 so all furniture is brand new and of the highest quality.

Outside we have a lot of land which you are free to enjoy with many quiet places to sit and read a book, have a drink or enjoy the view. There is more than enough space around the swimming pools and beside your house for sun-beds, relaxation and enjoyment. Quinta da Colina is the opposite of claustrophobic.
We have fabulous roof terraces with incredible views.
The Algarve / Central Algarve region
The climate of the Algarve is very close to that of California with 300 days of sunshine per year and rarely becoming too hot, although temperatures can on occasion reach mid to late 30's in August.
Tourism is big business in the Algarve, so everything you would expect in a sunshine holiday is within easy reach.
There is a huge amount available for every taste through historical centres, nature reserves and outdoors activities. golfing, equestrian, water parks, Formula 1, and water sports being just a few of the activities on offer.

Located 30 minutes from Faro Airport, Quinta da Colina is easy to reach from most European cities.
Quinta da Colina is close to Gale, which is a beautiful and upmarket location & home to the 5 star Sao Rafael resort.
Ryanair has a full-service hub in Faro, and the airport is serviced by many airlines including BA, Aerlingus, Easyjet, Tap, British Midland...
