About the home

Luxury detached Sleeps 8 adults 2 infants. 4 double bedrooms, 2 king size 2x2 single beds. All bedrooms have LCD TV, en-suite bathrooms. Quality 25 sq meter kitchen fridge/freezer dishwasher microwave oven dnner table leather dining chairs to seat 8 people. Free Air conditioning throughout. Utility room washing macjhing tumble dryer iron & board etc: Cloakroom situated off large entrance hall.
Towel and linen included but please bring your own pool, and beach towels.
PLEASE NOTE: Two baby's cot''s and highchair supplied, but you must bring your own baby's bed linning.

Each of the 4 double bedrooms have, free air conditioned, en-suit bathrooms, LCD TV, there own large sun terrace with table and chairs. All sun terraces have sea views, also sea views from your own private swimming pool.

The villa and the many nearby amenities are first rate for both children and adults. Althought close to all amenities, the villa is situated in a private Road, in a very peaceful location.

Private gated gardens with all round tiled patio areas, and areas laid to lawn. Very safe kidney shape wimming pool, with walk in steps, also stainless steel ladder. Tiled surround lounge areas, including sun loungers, small lounger tables for your drinks, etc: Parasol, poolside shower, tiled BBQ area, tiled pergola lounge area.

Near by are miles of unspoilt excellent golden sandy beaches, also Albufera new yachting marina that has facitities for numerours water sport activities, and many nice restaurants. Many excellent beach front restaurants and shops set around the old square, all just a short distance from the villa.

Final invoice to be settled 8 weeks before departure date.

Scurity deposit of £350 required, refundable on return of key, withing 7 days of vacating villa.
