The Algarve / Central Algarve region
The Algarve is a very good place to stay, with nine months of good wheather, from April until October you can go to the beaches. The autumn and winter are not very cold, you can take sunbathing, there are some sunny days and it doesn't rain much comparing with other countries in the Europe. With a long beautiful coast, amazing beaches of fine sand and the rocks and cliffs, this is really a visit card for tourists . There are several golf courses with superb amazing views of the countryside and the ocean, the Algarve is one of the premier golf destinations in the world. Theme parks life Zoomarine will offer the possibility of watching and swim with the dolphins, Crazy world is a zoo park where you can see different kind of animals and play minigolf. Another attraction is Fiesa, sand sculpultures with several beautiful forms. Algarve is a paradise to discover, even for those who live in here!!!
Albufeira / Galvana area
Villa Coelho is located near Pateo, a village which offers you a fantastic panoramic view of the coastline and the marina. Just 2 minutes away from home, you will find supermarkets, restaurants with marina view, football every week, snooker, live music, Sky sports, Eurosport and Sport tv. A superb italian restaurant facing the sea with sun deck also here. There is a bus stop at short distance from home to take you inside Albufeira.
Easy access to Albufeira beautiful beaches, a short drive (only 3 km) from the Old Town beaches: Praia do Peneco, Fisherman's beach with its many shops, gypsy markets, bars with Sky Sports, live music, karaoke, cocktails, restaurants with sea view, banks, pharmacies and souvenirs shops.
Another amazing beaches at a short drive with restaurants with sea view are: Nearest are Praia de São Rafael at 6.5 km, Praia da Coelha and Praia dos Arrifes aproximately 7.5km. Popular beaches of Praia do Castelo at 9.5km and Praia da Galé at 10km from the property. All with incredible high rocks, cliffs, a beautiful experience and a unforgetable souvenir from Albufeira.
Bus station is here with several buses to take you all over the Algarve. There are tourist buses in travel agencies here that can be booked to take you to Zoomarine, Krazyworld and to the waterparks Aqualand and Slide and Splash.
This house is ideally positioned for golfers, just 10 minutes drive to Salgados Golf Course and Balaia Golf Village and 13 minutes from Sheraton Pine Cliffs. There are 6 world class courses also in Vilamoura.
Algarve Shopping is the biggest comercial centre of the Algarve, 8 minutes drive, its complex offers a wide range of shops, an hypermarket, 9 cinema screens (films in english), ten-pin bowling and fast food including KFC, Mcdonalds and Pizza Hut.
The Marina of Albufeira is only 3.5 km from home and offers you great restaurants, shops, an opportunity to sailing all over the coast with grotte tours, champagne cruises, dolphin watching, fishing of the shark, departing daily.
Oura is at 5 minutes drive (aproximately 4.5 km from the property) with its many bars near the beach, fabulous discos and the popular strip where beautiful girls are waiting for you.
The village of Guia is reached at 5 minutes drive, is well know for its wide range of restaurants, many of them serving the famous chicken piri-piri.

Further details indoors: This house is set in the first floor of the property with steps access, as a good sized living room with comfortable sofas, tv, dvd player and the balcony facing south with countryside views. The living room has sofas and a dining table with table and chairs for seating six persons.
The kitchen is fully equipped, there are some steps that will take you to a sunny terrace and to the pool area.
The bathrooms are fully equipped, one with shower and another with bath. There are two bedrooms with twin single beds and one with double bed. Fans and electric heating are available.
Housekeeper/caretaker lives on the property site in an ground floor annexe with a separate entrance. Maid service provided 3 times a week for house cleaning and maintenance.
Further details outdoors: This house is surrounded by a fantastic garden with orange and lemon trees and private swimming pool. There is a balcony facing south with great views of the countryside.
In the backside of the property there is a patio with its own private pool, sun loungers and umbrellas for exclusive use of the guests. Alongside the pool is a further seating and dining area with a barbecue. There are some steps to access a sunny terrace and also to the pool area.
Garden maintenance is done once a week and pool maintenance is done twice a week (minimum). Towels and linen provided. Linen towels are changed once a week and towels twice a week. Please bring your own beach / pool towels.
Further details
- All prices are for the property, per week. Minimum period stay is 7 days.
- A cot can be provided for the amount of 40€ per week.
- Arrival hour is any time from 3.00 pm and departure hour is before 10.00 am (this is to allow time to clean and prepare the villa for next arrival). In the departure day, housekeeper starts the cleaning and maintenance of the house after 10.00 am.
- 40% deposit required for booking the property (not refundable). Balance payment, 60%, to be paid on the arrival day. Payment in Euros.
- Security: the amount of 200€ in cash is required for security breakage of the house equipment. This must be paid on arrival and will be refunded on departure providing no damage occured.
