The second bedroom and kitchen also have lovely views over Albufeira. The apartment is situated in Solário de São José, close to the main hub of Albufeira. It is fully air conditioned and heated throughout making it an ideal year-round self-catering holiday rental apartment. The complex has security gates at all entrances.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region
The Algarve has a temperate climate almost all year round and boasts over 300 days of sunshine a year. The tourist season extends from March to October and it only really quiets down in the dead of winter. Even then, there are many days when it is warm and sunny enough to sunbathe or sit outside at the pavement cafes and enjoy the balmy weather.
Albufeira area
The apartment is situated just a 5 minute walk to the main street of Albufeira and 10 minutes walk to The Strip, so there are plenty of restaurants, shops and bars within easy reach. The Old Town is a 15 minute walk away. The nearest beach is 600m away and local beaches include Praia d'Oura, at the bottom of The Strip and Fisherman's Beach at the Old Town. Local buses and buses to theme parks pass nearby.
How to get there
Faro Airport is 30 minutes away. Airport transfers can be arranged at a total one-way price of £23/€31 for 1 - 4 guests and £36/€49 for 5 - 8 guests.
