This superbly furnished and spacious apartment is situated in the new complex of São José 5 in Montechoro; just 5 minutes walk to the Bullring, Strip and Central Albufeira. It is fully air conditioned throughout and has an eat-in kitchen and a large living room offering guests a comfortable and relaxing environment. An LCD flat-screen TV with Sky satellite and surround-sound system and a selection of DVDs and CDs, will ensure that all guests are kept well entertained. A small private balcony off the main bedroom and a much larger balcony off the living room; are ideal for al-fresco dining and enjoying magnificent countryside and distant sea views all the way to Vilamoura.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region
The Algarve has a temperate climate almost all year round and boasts over 300 days of sunshine a year. The tourist season extends from March to October and it only really quiets down in the dead of winter. Even then, there are many days when it is warm and sunny enough to sunbathe or sit outside at the pavement cafes and enjoy the balmy weather. The golf season extends from autumn and spring and golfers can enjoy the warm sunny conditions whilst their own courses at home are unplayable. In summer they can receive discounted green fees at many courses.
Albufeira / Montechoro area
The complex is situated in Montechoro, a quiet residential area of Albufeira, favoured for its proximity to The Strip, with its vibrant nightlife, bars, restaurants and shops. All amenities are within easy walking distance, including supermarkets, internet café’s and public transport; such as the Giro circular bus and 'tourist train' which does regular trips to the beach and Old Town every 20 - 30 minutes all day and night. Buses to theme parks and other tourist attractions regularly pass nearby.
There are several superb sandy beaches in the area; the nearest being Praia da Oura less than one kilometre away, also Santa Eulalia and a little further away is Fisherman's Beach in the Old Town.
