This beautiful villa is located high on the quiet Cerro D’Aguia hillside, only 5 minutes easy drive from lively Albufeira Old Town (or a 25 minute walk) and 10 mins from Montechoro’s Strip with boutiques, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes.
Beautiful sandy beaches including Sao Rafael and Gale are within a 5 minute drive and Salgados Golf Course is only minutes away.
The villa is decorated in typical Portuguese style with marble interiors and contemporary modern touches.
It has 8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms (4 en suite) over three floors. For groups up to 10, the ground and first floor bedrooms are available for use.
For groups up to 16 the second floor rooms give access to the master bedrooms, en suite with a large shared balcony and seating area, overlooking the pool with sea views.
A spacious lounge with comfortable seating has French windows to a terraced balcony with outdoor dining area overlooking the pool, the Marina and Albufeira coastline. There is a separate indoor dining area and an elegant cocktail bar with concealed lighting in comfortable seating area - perfect for relaxing at home with pre-dinner drinks or entertaining friends.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar opening onto a secluded lemon grove courtyard. Gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine are available.
Highchair and cots are available for use and there is a gate at the top of the staircase leading to the pool.
New for 2012 - Sky TV including Sky Sports and BBC channels will be available from Spring 2012 so come and enjoy the Olympics home from home in the sun!

The swimming pool is approximately 40x23ft and has an inset shaded bar with seating in the pool. It is set in a lovely walled garden with poolside terrace and has ample sunbeds and loungers with sunshades and chairs. Steps from the terrace lead down to a lower garden with lawn and lemon trees in which is set a pretty barbecue area.
The whole outside area is floodlit and is excellent for outdoor entertaining and poolside dining. On the ground floor alongside the pool are table tennis facilities - an ideal play area for children.
The Algarve / Central Algarve region
A land of sunshine and sea, bordered by miles of golden sands and gently touched by the clear blue waters of the Atlantic. This privileged region in the south of Portugal has some of the most beautiful beaches in Europe. The Algarve derives its name from the times when it was occupied by the Moors who named it Al Gharb meaning the The Garden.
Silves was considered to be the most beautiful place by the Moors and you can see the remains of the Fort and an Archeological Museum.. From the remotest past, it has been charcterised by great interaction between different peoples and cultures and these influences can be seen in the architecture of its houses and monuments. Places of interest in the Algarve include, Silves and the Monchique mountains and Spa, Tavira and the Ria Formosa wildlife reserve to the East , and Lagos and Portimao to the West.
The Albufeira / Pateo area
Albufeira is a an old picturesque fishing town where delightful little white houses lead to a beach filled with colourful boats. The beaches are wonderful: Gale is a long beach with cliffs to the east and sand dunes to the west and very popular with Portuguese tourists. A variety of watersports are available on the west side of Gale beach. Castelo is a beach of great natural beauty. The cliffs eroded by the sea and the wind are the background to this small beach with rock pools, good quality water and delightful cafe/restaurant.
Golf courses abound in the Algarve and there is one only 10 minutes drive from the villa. The Slide and Splash Water Park is a favourite with children and Albufeira Shopping Centre will provide all the retail therapy you may require! There are plenty of Bars, Restaurants and Night Clubs in Albufeira but if you wish to relax locally there are many restaurants within walking diatnce of the villa , with the new Marina only 2 km away.

The Villa is fabulous - very comfortable - within walking distance to all amenities - weather was fantastic - wonderful pool - what more could you ask for?
