About the home

This superior 2 bedroom apartment with sea view is situated in a closed electric gated condominium (with lift) of a new upmarket complex, Edificio Oceanos Jardim, in the popular Olhos D'Aqua close to the popular Sheraton Pine Cliffs Golf course and all the necessary amenities.

The complex enjoys a great atmosphere, with beautiful landscaped gardens and has a swimming pool. It has excellent security with access to all entrances and even a parking space in the basement (parking also available outside).

The apartment is beautifully furnished throughout. A private terrace with sea view and table outside with 4 chairs is perfect for relaxing and dining throughout the day. Shutters in every room makes it very comfortable to live and of course there is also airco/heating if necessary. There is a nice lounge/dining room with sofa, table, wide screen LCD TV and satellite with all worldwide channels,CD/DVD, sound system, internet wi-fi, dining area with 6 chairs. Further you find an amazing kitchen which is fully equipped with ceramic hop, toaster,coffee machine, microwave, fridge,freezer,dish washer,water cooker,washing machine and all essential equipment.



Bedroom 1 has a double bed ( can be separated in 2 ), fitted wardrobe, chair, dressboy, with patio door which leads to a balcony from where you have sea view..
Bedroom 2 even has a double bed, fitted wardrobe, chair and a dressboy .
To refresh yourself there are two bathrooms : 1 with bath, shower and wc . The other bathroom is en suite with shower and wc .

On request there is also a child's bed and of course bed and bath linen are free for use.

Further details outdoors:
Outside the apartment there is a swimming pool and a nice garden with palm trees.

Parking is possible at the entrance of the complex and also in the basement ( secure parking ).

The entrance of the complex is through an electric gate.

Just outside the complex you find a daily covered market with fresh bread, meat and vegetables.

Within 1 minute walking of the complex you find a good sized supermarket, a large number of shops; a bakery, a grocery, a chemistry, a souvenir shop, several banks, a post office and of course some bars and fine restaurants where you can enjoy the best of fresh sea food.

When you want to book an excursion there is a touristic office at the other side of the road, even as a bus stop with a taxi point.

The apartment is just 300 meters away from the beautiful golden sandy Olhos D'aqua beaches. Here you find a great number of facilities including parasols and beds. Of course here you find also many bars and restaurants to enjoy the good life. Other nearby beaches are Praia d'Oura, Maria Luisa, St. Eulalia and Falesia.

* Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds for up to 4 guests staying in the apartment for one week including use of gas, water and electricity.
* Minimum period to stay is 7 days.
* Longer stays ( 4 weeks or longer ) for special prices; with the exception of July and August
* Deposit of 50% payable on booking (not refundable). Full price has to be paid 4 weeks before arrival.
* Damage deposit of €150 required-fully refundable 3 days after departure if no damages caused.
* Smoking is not allowed inside, only at the balconies.

Conditions

* Change over days can be flexible. Arrival hour is any hour from 15.00 pm and departure time is before 10.00 am.
*Towels ( bath/ beach ) and linen are included and are changed one time a week ore more often if necessary, cleaning before arrival and further one time a week.

The apartment is ideally positioned for golfers with Balaia golf course and Sheraton Pine Cliffs just 5 minutes away and the world class golf courses of Vilamoura; a 10 minute drive from the apartment.

Albufeira and it's famous strip is only 5 minutes driving away and 20 minutes walking. Famous places you can reach on short distance are Vilamoura with it's beautiful marine, attractive golf courses, the casino and the spectacular night life, Loule with it's markets, Portimoao, etc.

Other attractions such as Zoomarine / Splash and Slide / Aqualand and the Algarve shopping centre with its hypermarket, shops, cinema, bowling and restaurants are all within easy reach.
