Acoteias villa is located within a pine tree forest and only 900 metres walk from the award winning Falesia beach, and is one of Portugal's best kept secrets.Quiet and peaceful yet only 600 metres from plenty of cafes,restaurants and bars

A stunning 2 bedroom 2 bathroom villa on an exclusive complex, set in a beautiful pine tree location only minutes from
the award winning beach of Falesia.There is a large ground floor terrace for alfresco dinning looking onto the landscaped gardens.
The villa has two bedrooms the master bedroom has a king size bed fitted wardrobes air conditioning and a large terrace overlooking the gardens and pool.
The second bedroom has twin beds fitted wardrobes air conditioning with a small balcony looking onto the open countryside.
Both bedrooms are adjacent to the family bathroom.

The kitchen is fully fitted with a washing machine, dishwasher,microwave,oven , hob and a large fridge freezer the kitchen has its own terrace to the front of the villa.

The living room consists of two double sofas one converting to a sofa bed and within the living room is a dining area .
The large dining table has seating for 6 people.
Off the ground flor is a private terrace that has a large patio table seating for 6 people a large gas BBQ that costs 10€ per week to cover the gas costs also on the terrace are private sun loungers for your use.

Acoteias villa has a games room located downstairs consisting of a table football game and an X box you need to supply games.

There is a new 5* Hotel which opened 2013 called Hotel Epic Sana which allows our guests to use their facilities such as the two adult outside pools,
two children's outdoor pool, baby club,children's club, indoor pool ,volley ball court , tennis court,sauna's spa treatments some attract costs ask hotel for details.
This is a stunning 5* hotel and only 600 metres away from our stunning villa and complex.

On the ground floor terrace there is a gas BBQ and utensils there is a gas supplement of 10€ per week to use the BBQ.

We can supply welcome packs for guests on demand ideal for late arrivals cot,high chairs all at an extra cost.

Conditions

There is a refundable breakage deposit payable on entry refunded after a satisfactory property inspection
within 2 weeks.

On booking we require a 30% deposit on booking and the balance payable 8 weeks before arrival payable by credit/debit card or bank transfer

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

The Algarve is known for its 200 miles of golden sandy coloured beaches that stretch all along its coastline.
The larger beaches have lifeguard patrols all summer long and are free to use, also there are plenty of beach bars/restaurants serving excellent fresh foods and cold drinks all year around .There are parasols and sun loungers offered for a daily hire charge

The climate all year around is good giving over 250 days a year sun shine and never dropping below 16c climaxing in July and August.

The romans and moors have strong links to the Algarve because of the large number of natural harbours and its strong fishing fleets and this can be seen in most cities in the quaint buildings.

The Albufeira / Acoteias area

Acoteias is one of the best kept secrets of the Algarve with its natural pine forest stretching for miles along the coastline of the algarve and Falesia beach. Falesia beach is the only beach in Portugal to be awarded the gold flag of Europe
for its clean water and sand .Acoteias village has numerous restaurants that are open all year around such as Chinese, French, Portuguese, English and the local tennis club that is open to the general public has a great bar/cafe.
The nearest golf course is only a 10 minute walk on the Sheraton pine cliffs resort and has an18 hole course
they allow our guests to play.The town of Albufeira is a 10 minute drive away and has a strong night-life to suit all ages and some beautiful beaches.

There is a couple of water parks within a 10 minute drive away and are supplied by their own bus service with plenty of pick up points in Acoteias.You can also arrange daily boat trips from Albufeira marina for either dolphin watching or cave searching and for just cruising along the coast.
There is plenty for all the family to do and see during your stay in Acoteias.
