This ground floor apartment makes it ideal for families and pool lovers. It has it's own 160 square meters or 1600 square foot of 'private patio, bbq and garden'. The apartment has a unique sense of privacy while still being positioned near the pool and in a compound. Living area / kitchen face the private garden therefore no-one looks into the living area's, offering you total privacy during breakfast, lunch and dinning periods.

We have three dinning area's. The first isn't the proffered option so it's indoors. The second is conveniently situated outside the kitchen and lounge. The third is on the patio facing the pool. Although not as private, it's where we normally have lunch because we can watch the pool whilst the kids enjoy swimming. All dinning area's seat eight comfortably.
The apartment comes with one allocated underground parking space with a lift and staircase available to the apartment. Street parking is also available. All doors and windows are fitted with electric shutters as well as additional security locks. Tastefully furnished and fully equipped - it's a home away from home.

The Albufeira / Falesia area
Falesia is a small village packed with lovely restaurants to suit all tastes. It is very cheap and has cheerful places where families are welcomed. Many golf courses including the Pine Cliffs course just a couple of minutes away.
Fabulous beaches with breathtaking backdrops of the cliffs. Ideally located for weddings taking place at the Sheraton Pine Cliffs Resort. The Falesia beach is the one of the most pleasant and clean beaches in
the Algarve region. A Supermarket, bar, restaurants, fast-food, pizzeria, clinic, news stand, ATM etc... can be found nearby.
This wonderful beach begins in Olhos de Agua with cliffs extending to Vilamoura, a stunning 8km stretch of beach.
Stop over at a local beach bar on the way to the beach for a ice cold beer or treat yourself to some horse-riding on the beach itself.

Our apartment is situated in an exclusive area called Praia da Falesia. The beach is literally a 5 minutes normal paced walk, 25 minutes from Faro airport and 10 minutes from Albufeira. Easy to get to as we're situated next to the Sheraton Pine Cliffs Resort which is sign posted from major routes, train station is 15 minutes away at Ferreiras.
Cars are readily available to rent from anywhere but we are near bus routes and all amenities within 5 minute walk.

This apartment was beautiful, close to local amenities, some lovely restaurants nearby. Would love to stay again in the future. We went at a quiet time beginning of April and the complex was very quiet, which suited us lazing by the swimming pool. would 100% recommend this apartment to anyone. |

My husband, 5 month old baby and I stayed here for 9 nights in June. It exceeded all our expectations. The apartment is beautifully decorated to a high class and contains all mod cons. There is also an outdoor BBQ at your disposal and a choice of dining areas. Inside the apartment you will find gem after gem, DVD's, books to read, toys for kids if required, card & board games.For us it was a perfect location nestled between Albuferia and Vilamora. Public transport is a 15 minute walk away and cost roughly 2.80 one way to Albuferia or car hire is available in the nearby area. All amenities are a stroll away to the centre where you will find plenty of cafes,restaurants, a supermarket and a newsagent where you can purchase most newspapers. The area was quiet in June but started to pick up towards the end of our holiday. The beach is a 10 min leisurely walk away and you will find absolutely everything you will need to take to the beach in the apartment, beach umbrellas,towels and even cooler-bags for your food & drink. There are steps down to the beach and once you are able bodied, these will not pose a problem. We took our 5 month old down & carried the buggy down the steps slowly. You can also walk down the beach to the 5 * Sheraton hotel and enjoy a drink in the beach bar. If this is too much for you , you can also chill out by the complex pools, one at the front and the main one at the back. Both theses pools were extremely clean and well maintained with plenty of pine shaded areas. |
