About the home

We would like to welcome you to our luxury one bedroom apartment situated in the beautiful Vista Das Ondas complex. This new and stunning modern apartment has been equipped to a high standard to make you feel at home, meet your self catering needs, and help you have a relaxing holiday. Enjoy the sea view, landscaped gardens, swimming pools, and floodlit tennis court from your balcony. There is a shared adult pool, and a children’s pool.

The golden sandy beach, shops, chemist, bars and restaurants are all within walking distance. The superb Algarve’s golf courses, Zoo Marine, water parks, and the Algarve’s historical towns are just a short drive away.

Booking conditions are specified at the bottom of the rates table.

CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS / NO SHOW: Booking is not refundable if cancelled less than 6 weeks before arrival or in case of "no show". Part refund will be issued if cancelled more than 6 weeks before arrival according to the table below:

6 weeks to 3 months before arrival: refund of 50% of the total rent (if paid)
3 month to 6 month before arrival: refund of 70% of the total rent (if paid)
over 6 month before arrival: refund of 80% of the total rent (if paid)

In many cases we require only 20% (minimum 200EUR) non-refundable deposit to book the property and allow the remaining balance to be paid on arrival. Effectively, in most cases it means that if cancelled you only loose 20% of the total rent even if cancellation is made less that 6 months before arrival despite figures in the table above.

In many cases we tend NOT to collect refundable part of the rent to avoid bank foreign transaction charges in case of cancellations.

The Algarve is a favourite destination for families, couples and friends. On average the Algarve has 300 days of sunshine each year. It offers golden sandy beaches, rocky coves, clear waters, rugged cliffs, and around 40 excellent golf courses. Trips to the local water parks and Zoo Marine are ideal for a fun family day out, and not forgetting of course the excellent shopping, and entertainment facilities at the Algarve Shopping Mall.

The Albufeira / Olhos d'Agua area

Ohlos D’Agua is a quaint fishing village located between the beautiful resorts of Villamoura and Albufeira, providing an excellent base to make the most of your holiday.

A selection of bars, restaurants and shops can be found along the main street in Olhos D’Agua. A larger range of restaurants in Albufeira offer international cuisine to meet individual tastes.

- by train (17.50 euros from Lisbon Oriente to Albufeira Train station) + taxi about 5 euros for 4 people

“fantastic apartment, exceeded expectations, fantastic area” Hassle free booking, cannot fault algarvemanager, instant response to email enquiry, payment no problem via paypal, private transfer from airport arranged, would like to thank Daria for exceptional service. On arrival apartment was spotless, set up was exactly as shown in pictures, apartment on first floor, there was a lift, air con in bedroom was much appreciated as were the mosquito shutters on doors and windows. Olhos d,agua was a beautiful area, there are a number of restaurants within five minutes walk, the supermarket was literally around the corner from complex as was taxi rank and bus stop. We chose to go to the larger falesia beach which was a ten minute walk from the apartment, the smaller beach of olhos d,agua was a five minute walk. We will be back !
