Spacious first floor apartment in an excellent location for holidays providing a comfortable, homely environment for your stay. Accommodation comprises of an entrance hallway, lounge/dining room with large private balcony with sea view and even a view of the beach...that's how close you are! Fitted and equipped kitchen, full bathroom, double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and access the the balcony. There is a utility cupboard in the hallway housing the washing machine, hot water boiler, cleaning materials, ironing board etc. The communal swimming pool has sun all day and fabulous views of the sea, beach and the Old Town. There is also a small garden with bench seats and trees if you need a bit of peace and quiet in the shade. Guests with cars have the option to rent a private underground garage space from the condominium if required on a first come first served basis. Alternatively there are 2 large public multi-storey car parks nearby. There is lift access to the apartment. Suitable for all ages. Whether looking for a fun packed action holiday or a get away from it all break the location is perfect for both. Literally 2 minutes walk and you are on Fisherman's Beach and 3 minutes walk to the Old Town square.

Other: Outside space is important on holiday and the South facing balcony is quite spacious where you can sit with table and chairs to enjoy al-fresco dining or just soak up the sun with a glass of wine or two! Alternatively sunbathe around the pool whilst admiring the fantastic view or sit quietly to read a book in peace under the shade of a tree in the garden.
Towels/linen: Towels, t-towels and linen provided (not including beach towels). Linen and towels changed weekly.

There is a short steep incline to enter the main building and apartment is located on the 1st floor with lift access then along a corridor. For those with mobility problems there is lift access to the apartment from the garage also.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region
Steeped in history and reknowned for it's micro climate and year round sunshine, the Algarve is an ideal holiday destination as it has something for all. With fabulous beaches, championship golf courses, shopping centres, boutiques and gipsy markets, not forgetting an abundance of restaurants with all types of fine cuisine on offer. If you've never been before, I'll guarantee you'll be back again!
The Albufeira / Central Albufeira area
The location is perfect for families, couples or individuals who are looking for a holiday without the need of a car. There are an abundance of bars, shops and restaurants nearby as well as a bakery, patisserie, newsagents, chemist, hairdressers and internet cafe just across the road. Fisherman's Beach is a 2 minute walk away and the Old Town square just 3 minutes on foot. The Marina is 10 minutes walk and if you want a trip to the new town there is a local bus service, cheap taxis and the ever popular tourist train to take you there! For the sporty ones, Salgados golf course and 5 championship courses at Vilamoura are just 10 mins drive as are the glorious beaches at Gale, San Rafael, Coelha and Salgados.

Distance from Faro airport 35 mins drive with easy access straight off motorway (A22) or EN125. Nearest railway station (Ferreiras) 15 mins drive. Local bus route nearby. Taxis cheap and efficient. Car not needed but if required discounted rates are available, booster/child seats can be provided on request. Tourist train nearby to take you to the New Town and back again.
