Apartment Casa Branco was built in 2006 and has a lovely, light and airy feel with crisp white linen, fresh white towels, warm colourful accessories and air conditioning for the warmer months and heating for the cooler ones.
The master bedroom has an en-suite, dressing area, ample wardrobe space and french doors leading onto the sunny south facing patio garden with the spacious 2nd bedroom having twin beds with large built in wardrobes and is situated adjacent to the main bathroom off the hallway.
The lounge dining area also has french doors onto the patio and has comfortable seating for 6, dining for 6, a sofa bed, window seating, open log fire, flatscreen tv/dvd, etc and leads into the kitchen with marble worktops and all mod cons, dishwasher, etc. The separate utility room houses the washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board etc.

The clean, modern main bathroom is situated off the hallway with a bath, shower, wash hand basin, toilet + bidet and is fully tiled. The similar en-suite off the master bedroom contains a jacuzzi bath, shower, wash hand basin, toilet + bidet and is also fully tiled.
Fresh towels and linen are provided with weekly maid service. Daily or mid weekly service can be provided on request or you may use the washing machine within the utility room if preferred, (guests are asked to bring their own beach towels please).
A safe is available with the apartment at no charge (key at reception). Cots, highchairs, pushchairs and Z beds are available for hire on request along with welcome packs to include tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits, bread, butter, ham, eggs, milk, juice, water, etc, etc.

The patio/terrace has padded sun loungers, table, chairs and parasol and is surrounded by beautiful mature landscaped gardens and pleasant countryside and is not overlooked. Within the grounds there are superbly maintained grassed areas to sunbathe, picnic or for children to play.
There are 4 main swimming pools with plenty of sunbeds and are situated next to snack bars/restaurants for refreshments. The nearest pool is 'The Cascata', an approx 1 minute walk from the apartment which is heated in the cooler months, the 'Casa Azul' pool is an approx 2 minutes walk, lovely and peaceful and next to the 'a la carte' restaurant, the larger 'A Pergula' pool is approx 3-4 minutes with snack bar and outside pool table and the 'O Pavilhao' is approx 4-5 minutes with snack bar and restuarant.
There are shallow children's pool areas, jacuzzis, tennis courts, mini golf, a children's sandy play area, mini supermarket etc. etc.
Camping Albufeira is opposite the complex and available to Clube Albufeira guests at no extra cost offering a larger pool and supermarket, on-site bakery, newspaper kiosk, craft + gift shop, large sandy childrens play area, football pitch, tennis courts, cafe, restuarant and clubhouse with disco and live entertainment in high season if you wish.

Changeover days are flexible where possible. The apartment is available from 3pm on the day of arrival (maybe sooner if not immediarely followed by another booking) and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
£150 per week reservation/security deposit against damages/excessive cleaning refundable within 10 / 14 days after departure and full rental figure payable 6 weeks before arrival. Early booking may be preferred to secure a good choice of date. Payment accepted by bank transfer, cheque, debit/credit card, sterling bank draft.

The Central Algarve area stretches approximately 50 miles across with Faro its capital being a vibrant and cosmapolitan town steeped in history with plenty of traditional architecture to see and an abundance of nearby picturesque villages, golden sandy beaches and stunning golf courses.
The old fishing village of Albufeira, (made a town in 1986), is the most popular of these and it's not hard to see why with the whole area awash with dramatic coastline which is characterised by sandstone cliffs winding down onto plenty of long golden sandy beaches and with the wide choice of beaches and small coves it is possible with a little exploration to easily find a secluded spot even in the height of summer.
If you are an explorer you may wish to head inland where you will find some beautiful countryside and idyllic hamlets and villages or you can choose from numerous excursions out onto the water, whichever is your choice.
The Albufeira / Club Albufeira area
Our apartment is approximately 2km from the 'Old Town' and is set within the safe and secure Portuguese village style Clube Albufeira complex and is sited towards the quiet rear on the ground floor amongst mature and beautifully maintained grounds. There are 4 on-site swimming pools, the nearest being 'The Cascata', approximately 1 minute from the apartment, which is also heated for the cooler months with snack bars and restuarants offering local, Europeon and 'A la Carte' dishes. You are close enough for a short walk into town or you can use the free courtesy shuttle bus from the 24 hour reception which has internet facilities, public telephone and ATM cash machine and whose friendly and helpfull staff are there to help 24 hours a day with whatever query you may have.
The Old Town is charming with its cobbled side streets, bustling centre square, daily market stalls, evening entertainers, cafes, bars and fine restuarants right alongside the beautiful sandy Fishermans Beach. In addition the adjacent beach area of Priara d'Oura and the lively Montechoro strip offer thriving nightlife, cafes, bars, shops and restuarants to cater for all.
If you dont want to just kick back there is also the acclaimed Zoo Marine, Water Parks, Modern Marina, etc, or you may wish to try your hand at Local Big Game Fishing, Sailing, Water Sports, Paragliding, Scuba Diving, Boat Excursions, Horse Riding, Caving, Jeep Safaris, Quad Bike Treks, Bicycle Touring, Hiking, Cycling, Museums, Churches, etc etc. If shopping is of interest then the Old Town has daily market stalls or you may wish to visit The large Algarve Shopping Complex which is an approximate 5 min drive with a cinema, bowling alley and a host of designer shops and retail outlets.
The resort is also central to nearly golf 30 courses, many championship quality and reputed to be some of the finest in Europe all within an approximate 5 -35 minute drive including the well known courses at Vilamoura, Vila sol, Vale Do Lobo, Quinta Do Lago, Salgados, Penina, Boa Vista, Pinhal Do Concelho, Vale Do Milho, Vale Do Pinta, Pinhal, Palmares, Pinheiros Altos, Ria Formosa, Gramacho, Lagos, Balaia, Sao Lourenco, etc. etc. Discounted green fees are available from reception or pre-booking before you travel can achieve significant discounts.

Faro airport is now easily reached from most airports via most airlines and the apartment is within a simple 30 min drive and private transfers can be arranged, (1-4 people approx 40 euros), (5-6 people approx 50 euros). If wished you can be met at the terminal, taken directly to the apartment, handed the keys and shown around.
The complex is ideally sited far enough away from the airport but within easy reach with well priced flights available year round.
Car hire is not essential as there is a courtesy shuttle bus from the 24 hour reception into town but if required it can be arranged and we are happy to help.

The apartment was fantastic, spacious and well fitted with the grounds and pools superb and clean. The location was great, a pleasant amble into town or a few mins in a taxi if you were lazy. There was also a free shuttle bus which was handy and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. We loved the beaches and Albufeira old town and will be back (Martin M. - Sept 2012) |

From the point of booking to our time spent at the apartment the staff at Complete and those at the complex were all very helpful, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The complex was very well maintained, especially the swimming pools and restaurants which were reasonably priced as were the bars and restaurants in town which is lovely. The apartment had everything we required and as it was situated on the ground floor it was just great to sit out on the patio in the evening and enjoy the last of the days sunshine with a glass of wine. We tried and can recommend the beach BBQ, which was organised by the locals and the all day fishing was a success with 18 in total tuna caught plus Zoo Marine is a must for the family !
