This stunning Townhouse is within the recently constructed Vila Branca development, perfectly situated just a few minutes walk from a small local shop and 5 mins drive away are the bars and restaurants of the famous "Strip" and 10 mins drive from the Old Town this is more traditional with its cobbled streets and restaurants.....There are several sandy beaches within a short distance to the development.
The apartment features a separate fully equipped kitchen, which leads into the lounge/diner with seating for 6 people, there is a TV with free sat and a DVD player. Accessed from both the livingroom and kitchen is a small garden with a table and chairs and a BBQ to enjoy the warm evenings with some of the local wines. The two bedrooms both have balconies overlooking the swimming pool, both rooms have either a twin or double bed layout and has access to the upstairs bathroom, with bath and shower. The stylish living room has access to the downstairs shower room, also the lounge area includes a comfortable sofa bed that will accommodate two adults or children.
The kitchen is fully integrated with dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine.

This townhouse has a very relaxed and comfortable feel about it there is a large living/dining room which leads out to the barbecue and a seating area. The kitchen is fitted with all modern appliances modern appliances. Upstairs the two bedrooms both have terraces which overlook the beautiful Portuguese countryside whilst only being a few minutes drive from miles of sandy beaches. There is also a bed settee if required to accommodate larger parties.

There is a very large outdoor pool and along side a children's pool, these are nestled in lush gardens and countryside.
Conditions
- A 25% booking deposit is required and balance payable on arrival - On arrival there is also a €200 breakage deposit taken which is refunded when you leave the property.

The Algarve offers 160km of golden sandy beaches, rocky coves and clear waters. Despite the obvious influence of tourism, a short drive inland reveals the true algarve where life goes on unchanged for many centuries. The brightly coloured and verdant region is filled with orange groves, almond trees in blossom, carob trees and fragrant pines as well as some cork farms which are still in operation today.
For the sports enthusiasts, the Algarve has ideal conditions and first class facilities: the golf courses are superb and highly prized reputation. For those seeking watersports, the west coast offers the best surfing, windsurfing and kitesurfing conditions. For children there are several water parks, 'Zoomarine' sealife centre, horse riding and beach activities!
The Albufeira area
The Albufeira / Areias Sao Joao area
The area attracts tourists throughout the year, with golf courses, watersports, shopping, beaches and a vast selection of bars and restaurants.
Areias Sao Joao has bars, restaurants, clubs and shops, many of which are situated on Albufeira's famous 'Strip' which runs from Motechoro to the beach at Praia da Oura. The sandy beaches and vibrant nightlife offer the perfect holiday ingredients.
There are several golden sandy beaches within walking distance of the apartment, one of those being Praia dos Aveiros.
The nearest Golf course is Balaia Golf which is situated in the Santa Eulalia area of Albufeira.
Zoo marine is a short car/bus ride away in Guia, and offers dolphin and tropical birds shows, and aquarium, fairground rides and swimming pools surrounded by beautiful lakes and gardens.
Old Town Albufeira is about 1km away where there is a selection of modern and traditional restaurants situated in the traditional market squares and cobbled streets.
Water sports can be found at Praia d'Oura, including windsurfing, water skiing, parascending, jet ski's and the most popular banna boat rides. Scuba diving is available at the adjacent cove.
Boat trips are the perfect way to appreciate Algarves coast line from the sea and depart from Praia d'Oura.
There are many smaller quieter coves to be found along the coastline, Albufeira can be reached on foot along the coast.
The many clifftop coastal paths provide another way to explore the Algarves rugged coastline.

Faro is the nearest airport - 40km and the journey from the airport to the villa takes about 30 minutes. Many airlines fly to Faro e.g. Monarch, Easyjet, Ryanair, British Airways, Jet2, Flythomascook, Aer Lingus, Flybe, BMI, Flygloespan.
Take a look at www.skyscanner.net. This compares all prices and takes away the need to initially log on to separate sites individually to see which airline is flying and when.
Car hire is the easiest option. Alternatively, if you do not want to drive from the airport, a transfer from the airport is approx €35

Absolutely fab, could not fault the townhouse at all. Would definitely recommend a car though as it was a bit far out and no restaurants really within walking distance. |
