A 5 minutes stroll will take you to the famous "STRIP" where you will find a large variety of shops, bars, restaurants and entertainment..
The OURA BEACH, with its popular water sports attractions, beachfront restaurants and bars, is just a short 10 minute walk away.
Villa Victoria is ideal for couples looking for a quieter location but with all the facilities of a larger resort close at hand. It is also the perfect solution for family and friends who like to travel together, but still want to enjoy the privacy of their own room.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

The Algarve is located on the south coast of Portugal and it is renowned for its mild and sunny climate, its 100 miles of glorious sandy beaches with their stunning rock formations and its excellent sports facilities.

The tourist season extends from March to October and it really only quiets down in the dead of Winter. Even then, there are many days when its warm and sunny enough to sunbathe or sit outside at the pavement cafes and enjoy the balmy weather.

There are numerous golf courses along the coast, a lot of them only a 15 minutes drive from the Villa. A good resource for golf - www.portugalgolf.pt.

Albufeira / Oura Beach area

Once a little fishing village, ALBUFEIRA still retains much of its charm with many pretty cobbled streets leading to the town square and fisherman's beach. These narrow lanes offer a wide selection of good restaurants and bars, while the main square comes alive at night with live bands providing entertainment in high season.

The new area of Albufeira, where Villa Victoria is located, consists of PRAIA DA OURA (Oura beach), AREIAS DE SAO JOAO and MONTECHORO and provides a lively atmosphere. Through the centre runs the famous "Strip" which is lined with gift shops, pavement cafes, bars and restaurants.

The OURA BEACH, with its popular water sports attractions (water-skiing, parasailing, jet skis, banana boat rides, etc.), beachfront restaurants and bars, is just a short 10 minute walk away.

The transport links to the old town are excellent with frequent bus services or the "Blue Train", which is a tourist train running from the "Strip". You can also walk to the old town via the beach and a cliff top walk, with some stunning views of both Albufeira and further down the coast towards Vilamoura.

Faro airport is about 40 minutes by car.

The Studio apartment offers a spacious lounge with living / dining and sleeping area (twin beds), built-in wardrobe, sofa bed, TV (CNN, Eurosport, RTL & portuguese channels), safe (local charge), portable fan.
Kitchenette with 2 electric rings, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle.
PLEASE NOTE THAT STUDIO APARTMENTS DO NOT HAVE A SEPARATE LIVING ROOM. A 3rd person can be accommodated on the sofa bed (check supplements), but it is the same room.
Maid service three times per week (April to October), twice in Winter. Towels will be changed twice and linen once per week.
Pool or beach towels not included.

3rd PERSON SHARING STUDIO APARTMENT

- Baby cot (child up to 2 years) is provided free of charge.

- Child 3 to 12 years from € 35 to € 49 per week

- 3rd adult from € 63 to € 84 per week

Where a booking covers more than one rate period, the relevant daily rate will be used to calculate total cost.

Bookings for less than 7 days are possible.

A deposit of 30% is required to confirm booking and the balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival.

Payments can be made through PayPal, even if you do not have your own PayPal account.
