This is a newly refurbished one bedroom top floor apartment in the Centre of the Old Town, Albufeira.
As you walk into the apartment and through to the balcony you are hit by the most wonderful view over the bay of Albufeira and along the coast as far as the eye can see.
It is no more than a 5 minute walk to the beach or to the town square. It is ideally located for those who do not wish to hire a car and who like to be within easy walking distance of everything. There is a huge selection of restaurants and bars almost on your doorstep.
The apartment consists of a lounge/kitchenette which leads out onto a large balcony equipped with sun loungers and patio furniture. The bedroom has 2 single beds and an en suite bathroom. There is a further shower room/wc. There is a sofa bed in the lounge which will accommodate a further 2 people.

Once the sun sets the centre of Albufeira comes alive with bars, like the very popular Travellers Rest. There are restaurants and shops to suit most tastes from authentic Portuguese fare to Irish pubs and sports bars. Local culinary specialities are cataplana (steamed shellfish) and caldeirada (fish stew), and the simpler grilled sardines.
Albufeira is a great base to explore the region with many smaller and less well known beaches within a short drive.
