About the home

This beautiful and thoughtful conversion of an historical building into luxurious and comfortable apartments is quite simply outstanding. Tastefully decorated, finished and furnished to an extremely high standard - this is really top quality holiday accommodation.

The house is air-conditioned and double-glazed throughout and, for the cooler months, central heating and under-floor heating will keep you nice and warm. The 3+ 1 bedroomed duplex can sleep up to 9/10 people.
Located in the heart of Old Town and only minutes from the beach, this is a wonderful place for a vacation.

The 3 bedroomed duplex apartment consists of a very spacious living room, with lounge and dining area, leading on to an outdoor dining terrace. French doors also give onto a delightful little Romeo & Juliet style balcony. The kitchen is beautifully designed and very well equipped kitchen, there is also a utility room and guest WC. Also on this floor is one very spacious bedroom with en-suite bathroom which can be prepared for you as either a twin or a double room.
Upstairs are two more bedrooms. The Master Suite, with king size bed plus a separate lounge/bedroom area with sofa bed. This suite has it's own private sun terrace.
Also on the top floor is another spacious bedroom which can also be prepared as either twin or double room.
All three bedrooms have en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and satellite TV. Each has plenty of space for extra beds or cots. The duplex apartment can comfortably sleep up to 8 people.
For guests requiring more space an adjoining studio apartment is also available - giving comfortable accommodation for up to 10 people.

Changeover days are flexible - We take bookings for arrival and departure on any day of the week and for any number of nights.
Discounts are offered on bookings of over one week, and may also be available for early or last minute bookings. Please contact us for a quotation.

An English-speaking representative is always on hand to help during your stay and to answer any questions you may have.

Internet is available and we can provide cots and highchairs (often free of charge).

Conditions

Payment terms are flexible, normally a deposit of 50% is requested to confirm a reservation. The final balance can be paid on arrival.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

With some of the most beautiful beaches in Southern Europe, the Algarve has over 150km of south-facing coastline stretching from Cape St Vincent in the west to the Spanish border in the east. Along the coast are a number of well developed tourist hotspots as well as quiet little villages overlooking the ocean. Further inland you will find charming little pockets of unspoilt countryside and places which seem untouched by time.

The Albufeira / Central Albufeira area

Albufeira is a popular resort located almost exactly in the middle of the Algarvian coast. Amongst other things the area is renowned for its fabulous beach with the city surrounding it like an amphitheatre and a great night-life. Nearby Vilamoura is better known for its many golf courses, the Marina and Casino

The apartment is a 2 minute stroll through the little streets to the Fisherman's beach with it's popular restaurants and bars. A 5 minute stroll will take you across the main Square to the Tunnel beach. Both are lovely sandy beaches.

Although short bookings will be considered (please contact us for further details), we would usually prefer reservations of 7 nights or over during high-season, and 5 nights or over during mid and low-seasons. Supplements may be charged on reservations for fewer nights.

We do request a breakage deposit, this will be returned on the day of departure if no significant damage is reported.

A reservation deposit is required to secure a booking, final payment can be made upon arrival at the property.
