If you are looking to find the perfect accommodation from which to soak up the Algarve sunshine and dine al fresco on the beautiful terraces surrounded by plentiful orange groves then Casa Fazenda is just for you. An ideal spot for perfect relaxation yet 5 minutes to the local amenities and only 20 minutes by car from Albufeira. The exterior of the villa has spectacular views to the stunning countryside from the pool side and large terraces and lawned areas surround the villa. You are welcome to help yourself to the fruit from the orchard!

The interior is furnished to the highest standards and comfortably accommodates up to 8 people. The bright and airy décor is very tasteful and all rooms are fully air conditioned to ensure a comfortable stay during the hot summer months.

Casa Fazenda really does offer a tranquil escape from the hustle of home and is an ideal family retreat for all the family.

The Villa: This 4 bedroomed villa offers private pool, full air-conditioning, TV with satellite, Wi-Fi, CD and DVD player and safe. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you would expect from a quality accommodation including hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, iron, toaster, etc.

The bedrooms are serviced by 3 en suite bathrooms and one family bathroom and there is lounge and dining seating for up to 8 people.

The exterior of the villa has a fully automated and secure gated entrance, fruit orchards and vegetable garden. The large terrace to the rear of the villa houses the large exterior dining table and BBQ area and well maintained lawns and gardens. There are plentiful sunbeds available as well as a hammock for lazing away those summer days.

A truely relaxing retreat!: The location of the villa is just 20 minutes from the lively resort of Albufeira and just 5 minutes from the local village of Paderne. The villa is ideally located as you can sample the local culture of the Algarve or the lively night-life in Albufeira.

Paderne is a beautiful typical Algarvian Village hosting some excellent restaurants which provide some mouth watering Algarvian cuisine. Fresh fish and vegetables are available daily and the local mini markets provide all you need should you not want to go to far from home.

The property is managed by a reputable company who will meet with you on arrival and show you around and answer any questions you may have and supply you with maps of the local areas. The management company are always on hand should you need any assistance and they are able to supply welcome packs on arrival as well as airport transfers and car hire.

The enjoyment of your holiday is of up most importance to us.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

Algarve, in the south of Portugal, it's very well known by the mild climate and beautifull beaches. Sagres, on the west side is the right place for surfing, while on the east side the sea is very calm and warm. There are 4 marinas along the coast, an airport and several railway stations.

The Albufeira / Paderne area

Albufeira is the most popular resort in the Algarve, with its many thousands of visitors each year. However, it still manages to retain much of its original charm.

Albufeira was once a small fishing village which has now expanded to accommodate the increasing number of tourists that visit every year. The centre still holds its old charm with narrow streets and whitewashed cottages. The golden, safe beach has coves and rock pools ideal for inquisitive children.

Albufeira is friendly and bustling day and night with an array of traditional Portuguese and European restaurants and bars.

On the western outskirts of Albufeira a new marina has been constructed and is now in use.

At night, plenty of razzmatazz in its many restaurants, bars, cafes and discos can be enjoyed by all ages!

Local attractions include, Zoomarine, Krazy World, Aquatic Parks, Sand Festival, Numerous Golf Courses, Jeep Safari's, Sailing Trips, Beach sports and games and much much more.

The Algarve boasts some of the best golf courses in Europe. There are 37 golf courses that span the length of the Algarve and they all vary in difficulty and some are more challenging than others. “Great villa with shady and sunny poolside areas, and very peaceful” This property is 10 minutes inland by car, and so is more peaceful than the busy resorts. Car hire is essential but resorts, restaurants and supermarkets are just a short drive away. Bedrooms were functional and the beds were a bit firm but the air con worked well and the bathrooms were spotless. Excellent for a chill by the pool holiday. Wifi only available via a USB stick so our ipads couldnt access it.
