About the home

This villa is located just a short walk from the centre of Olhos D'Agua, close to the Sheraton Pinecliffs resort and the wonderful Falesia Beach.

Originally 3 bedroomed, the recent addition of a fourth bedroom ensures that the property now provides comfortable accommodation for 9/10 people.

The private garden - with a good sized swimming pool, furnished terraces and BBQ area - could be the perfect place for you and your family or friends to relax in the sun.

Local restaurants provide a great choice of menus ranging from the typically Portuguese (which we highly recommend) to international favourites such as Italian, Chinese and British Snack Bars and Pubs. Local bars are friendly, and the famous night-life of Albufeira is only a short taxi ride away.

The nearby beaches of Olhos D'Agua and Falesia are wonderful - you can choose to relax in a quiet little cove or explore the long stretch of sandy beach where you will find beach bars and restaurants, plus water-sports for the more adventurous.

There are four bedrooms - 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms on the first floor, plus a recently added double bedroom on the ground floor.

The living room consists of a comfortable lounge / dining area. There is also a well equipped kitchen/diner.

The villa is air-conditioned throughout.

We can accommodate up to 10 people with the provision of extra beds and a cots.

Completely private garden and swimming pool area - with sun-beds, a furnished terrace and stone-built BBQ - are perfect for the al-fresco life style.

Changeover days are flexible - We take bookings for arrival and departure on any day of the week and for any number of nights.
Discounts are offered on bookings of over one week, and may also be available for early or last minute bookings. Please contact us for a quotation.

An English-speaking representative is always on hand to help during your stay and to answer any questions you may have.

Internet is available and we can provide cots and highchairs (often free of charge).

Conditions

Payment terms are flexible, normally a deposit of between 25% / 50% is requested to confirm a reservation. The final balance can be paid on arrival.

Prices are fully inclusive of all costs such as utilities (including air-conditioning), local taxes, cleaning, towels, bedding and laundry.

We do request a breakage deposit, this will be returned on the day of departure if no significant damage is reported.

For your own safety, and in consideration of other guests, we kindly request that you do not smoke inside the villa. For those guests that do wish to smoke, we will provide an ashtray on the terrace.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

The Albufeira / Olhos d'Agua area

Albufeira is a popular resort located almost exactly in the middle of the Algarvian coast. Amongst other things the area is renowned for its fabulous beach with the city surrounding it like an amphitheatre and a great night-life.

Nearby Vilamoura is better known for its many golf courses, the Marina and Casino.


Olhos d'Água
Once a tiny fishing village, this is now itself a popular destination for tourists from both overseas and from the rest of Portugal. Here you will find a true mixture of the old and the new - charming little cottages, fishing boats pulled up on the beach – the newly developed seafront esplanade with smart restaurants – the local bar where you´ll be greeted as an old friend (on your second visit!) – the karaoke bar selling exotic cocktails. All of this in a small resort which has a little of everything and is only minutes from the centre of Albufeira and Vilamoura
