About the home

This comfortable and spacious apartment has everything you need to enjoy that "home from home" experience. It is fully equipped and comfortably sleeps up to six people with one double and one twin bedroom plus a sofabed. It is a first floor apartment in an elevated position on the wonderful resort of Clube Albufeira.

Clube Albufeira is just a 15 minute walk from Albufeira Old Town and Fisherman's Beach. This fabulous resort is the perfect family holiday destination with 4 outdoor swimming pools plus a jacuzzi.

There is a choice of bars and restaurants on site including 'O Pavillhao' an excellent poolside restaurant and bar serving international cuisine and traditional English fare. There is also a weekly BBQ and live entertainment in the high season.

Clube Albufeira is just a 5 minute car drive from the city centre with all it's amenities, including supermarkets, restaurants and the famous "Strip" where you can dance until the early hours.

This lovely apartment is on the first floor and offers spacious, comfortable accommodation for up to six people. It is well equipped with everything you need to enjoy a fabulous "home from home" holiday. There is air conditioning in the main living area.

This apartment enjoys a fairly large balcony area for alfresco meals or just soaking up the sun on one of the loungers provided. The balcony overlooks well manicured gardens, children's play area and the heated swimming pool. Plenty of communal sunbeds and sunshades available by the pool which also has a poolside bar serving snacks all day long during the main season. There are three other pools and restaurant/bars on the resort for you to enjoy if you prefer. Pool table and table football games for your enjoyment.
There is also a crazy golf course, mini market and games room on site.
A free mini bus service operates during summer months to take you to the Old Town and Fisherman's beach. Public bus service (regular and inexpensive) stops immediately outside resort entrance.

Conditions

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the rental fee is required to secure booking. Balance payment is due 6 weeks before the start of the rental period.

A refundable breakages deposit of £200/€200 is to be paid in conjunction with final balance payment or in cash on arrival. This will normally be refunded immediately at the end of your stay but no more than 10 days after your departure (subject to a satisfactory property inspection).

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

The Algarve is one of the world's most attractive holiday destinations offering 160 km of gorgeous, golden, sandy beaches, rocky coves, clear waters, rugged cliffs and enchanting grottoes.

The region is blessed with a wonderful climate, ideal for swimming, sunbathing and water sports in summer, and mild enough in spring, autumn and winter for tennis, golf, clifftop or countryside walking, exploring and sightseeing.

Despite the obvious influence of tourism, a short drive inland reveals the true Algarve where life goes on much as it has for many centuries. For the sports enthusiasts, the Algarve has ideal conditions and top class facilities; The Algarve boasts a multitude of golf courses with many enjoying highly prized reputations. Watersports are second to none with the West coast beaches offering the best surfing, windsurfing and kitesurfing conditions.

Places of interest include the region's capital Faro and its old town, Loule and its market situated in a recently renovated Moorish building, Silves and its red fortress, Caldas de Monchique for its thermal waters, Portimao’s old town and port, Lagos for its vitality and historical interest and Cabo de S. Vicente with its imposing light-house.

Above all, the Algarve is a children's haven with several exciting water parks, 'Zoomarine' sealife centre, horse riding centres and plenty of fun on the beaches!

The Albufeira / Club Albufeira area

Club Albufeira offers much to keep the family amused all week long. However, it is also not far to many places of interest, excitement, plus many golden beaches, superb golf courses and fabulous restaurants.

Less than ten minutes drive takes you to the Algarve Shopping centre which has a cinema and bowling alley and plenty of excellent retail therapy for the ladies!

The nearest golf course is Balaia Golf which is situated in the Santa Eulalia area of Albufeira.
Zoo Marine is based in Guia a short car/bus ride. Zoo Marine features dolphin and tropical bird shows, an aquarium, fairground rides and swimming pools surrounded by beautiful lakes and gardens.

Old town Albufeira is within walking distance. Here you can enjoy a mixture of the historic and traditional flavour of the Algarve with cobbled streets and picturesque leafy town squares, plus a superb variety of restaurants, bars and shops.

Fisherman's Beach offers safe family bathing, boat trips and water sports. More boat trips depart from the adjacent Marina - a great way to explore the hidden grottoes of the stunning Algarve coastline - and there are plenty of fishing trips available. Many smaller quieter coves are to be found nearby, some with beach restaurants and bars.

There are lovely clifftop coast paths to amble along plus good bus connections along the Algarve coast in both directions. Children and teenagers on holiday in Albufeira will enjoy the Zoo Marine centre at Guia, as well as the water park 'Slide and Splash' in Lagoa - a great fun day out for all the family with a separate area for very young children to enjoy.

“Very comfortable home from home!” Just arrived back from a 12 night stay at this apartment. It was perfect. Myself and my husband stayed there with our 3 children(10,9,5). We were greeted by one of the managers who made us feel instantly at ease and showed us around and gave us an insight to the complex and surrounding area. The apartment itself has everything and was lovely and clean. Not an insect in sight!!!! The closest pool was a 1 min walk away...with beautiful surrounding gardens and play park..(ideally situated in the shade for when the kids need to cool off). We felt very safe there and were able to keep an eye on the kids no matter where they were. This area in particular is very suited to children of all ages as the green area is quite big with great scope for playing ball, and running around. There are other pools in the complex too that were slightly busier. The AC was fantastic! We rented a car and found it very handy. I know it says that it isn't necessary, but I would recommend one. The town IS within walking distance, but if you have children with you...it's a long walk especially if they are after a long day at the pool/beach!( it's all uphill from the town to the apartment) There is a LIDL store just down the road which was great for all your necessities. All-in-all, we had a great time. I couldn't fault anything about our holiday from beginning to end and I must say that the managers were only lovely to deal with! Thank you all so very much.

“Amazing 2 week Holiday in perfect apartment!” We have just returned from a 2 week holiday at this apartment. Firstly I would like to say That Steve and Gill who we booked the apartment with made our stay! Nothing was too much trouble and were there to meet us show us around and were on the end of the phone when we needed them. The apartment was clean, spacious with fantastic views plenty big enough for myself, my partner and 4 children aged 10,8,6 and 2. The resort itself is perfect, family friendly, very safe and althought height of season never seemed over crowded. Overall a perfect holiday had by all the family.

However, where a guest requires a mid-stay clean and/or fresh towels and linen, this can be provided if requested in advance at the time of booking. The charge will be agreed in advance, confirmed in writing, and must be paid directly to the property managers before the departure date.
