An excellent, high standard 6 bedroom villa with private swimming pool in Vale de Parra, just 5kms west of Albufeira. The villa is within walking distance of several good restaurants and shops and air conditioning is available as an optional extra. The superb sandy beaches of Castelho, Sao Rafael and Gale are also walking distance, approximately a 20 minute walk or a very short drive. In addition to the beaches there is golf, water sports and water slide parks all close to the villa, as well as the Zoomarina just outside Guia. This property is ideal for large groups, with its 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and two satellite TVs.
There are 3 double and 3 twin bedrooms, with 3 of the bedrooms having en suite bathrooms and 2 further bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine and there is a second kitchenette with dishwasher. There is a main lounge and dining room with satellite TV and a second lounge with a breakfast room with satellite TV. The villa has a large private swimming pool with poolside terraces, gardens and patio and poolside furniture.

The Algarve region

Albufeira / Vale de Parra area
The Vale de Parra region is located around 4kms west of Albufeira and combines all aspects of a holiday you could ask for. Vale de Parra has superb sandy beaches ranging from the large expanses of sand at Gale to the cove beaches at Castelho. There are many excellent restaurants and the small town of Guia, close to the villa, is famous for its choice of restaurants catering for all tastes and pockets. Sporting facilities are plentiful, including golf at Salgados, and there are waterslide parks and the Zoomarina within the area. Albufeira itself is a bustling resort with an excellent sandy beach. The centre retains its traditional character and there is a wide choice of nightlife, shops, bars and restaurants.
