This striking 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment has a really enormous balcony & fabulous views to open countryside with the sea beyond. It is very conveniently placed so that you can enjoy the peace and quiet of your holiday home in the sun with really inexpensive excellent restaurants nearby.
It is situated on the third floor of the complex alon the same level as the Penthouse.
However, the lively town of Albufeira is just a short walk and easily reached if you are looking for some night-life. In the opposite direction, also a short walk, is Olhos D'Agus which has a very beautiful beach.
There are also many other beaches within walking distance.

There is a high spec Fully Fitted kitchen including built in oven & hob, dishwasher,w/machine and microwave.The furnishings are stunning & chic & include a hand crafted wood dining table and 6 chairs with matching TV unit & coffee table, a stylisdh designed 3 seater double sofa bed & 2 matching armchairs, all located in the large open plan lounge/dining room. This has patio doors to the large balcony.
The spacious master bedroom has a Portuguese style quuen size bed & a matching 5 drawer chest of drawers & bedside cabinets. The second bedroom is also furnished with a queen size bed & a matching 5 drawer chest. There are 2 built in wardrobes. The master bedroomn has an en-suite with a shower, a wash basin, a bidet and toilet. The second bedroom has a small dressing arae where there are built in wardrobes and a second full bathroom with shower, bath and bidet, toilet and wash basin.
There are 4 patio doors from the kitchen, the lounge and both bedrooms all leading to the impressive balcony.
The apartment will sleep 6 people comfortably but it would also be possible to sleep 1 small child as well. If a cot is required then this can be supplied. All the patio doors leading to the balcony have superior white blinds that are closed electronically.

The complex is very well maintained with an experienced management agency in charge to make sure that the grounds are maintained and manicured to a high standard, that the pool is scrupulously clean, that all sunbeds are in working order and that the shower and toilet areas around the pool are pristine.
They also maintain the common areas and lifts to ensure that these also are clean and in good order.On the spacious balcony there is a quality garden table and 6 chairs as well as 2 sun beds and parasol.
Using the lift or the 3 flight of stairs you can access the gardens and two pools via ornamental paths.
The terraces around the pools are ideal for sunbathing or lying in the shade under a parasol.
There is also secure underground car parking.
Nearby are Waterparks as well as Zoomarine which is set in 8 hectares. Here you will find a marine zoo and shows with emphasis on the preservation of marine life. You can even interact with the dolphins.
Praia Da Oura is famous for 'The Strip'. a street with a huge variety of restaurants, shops, bars and nightclubs. This is situated a maximum of 20 minutes walk from the apartment but there are also free buses that will collect and drop you off near to the apartment at all times of the day and night.
Smoking is permitted on the balcony and ashtrays are provided.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region
From the balcony you have fabulous views of the surrounding countryside which include the many orange trees and olive and carob trees in the neighbouring fields. To the left of the apartment block there are clear views of the distant sea and the view below the balcony is to the tennis courts and the small short country road which runs to the road where you turn left to Olhas D'Agua or right to Albufeira.
It is just a 5 minute drive to the beautiful blue flag beach of Falesia. The picturesque golden sandy beach of Olhos D'Agua is a 2 minute drive or can be reached in 15 minutes by foot. In the opposite direction to the west are the beaches of Santa Eulalia, a 2 minute drive or 15 minute walk and the nearest beach, Maria Luis is across the country road down the path which also leads to 'Club Med' and this is reached from the apartment by strolling for 10 minutes.
There are many other local attractive beaches in the Albufeira such as Praia de Sao Rafeal and Praia de Castelo to name but two
The Albufeira / Balaia area
The Balaia Golf Course is situated right next door to the apartment and the world renowned Millennium Golf resort and Victoria golf club are nearby as are the courses at the Quinta Da Lago and Vale De Lobo as well as Penina and Sao Lourenzo. Presently there are 28 golf courses within a half hour's drive and there are more under construction.
Balaia Golf Course has its own award winning, testing, executive 9 hole course, with distances ranging from 67 to 160 metres.
There is a driving range, a practice bunker, chipping and putting greens. An impressive club house with a large terrace overlooking the first tee, has a restaurant, reception, pro shop, club hire, trolleys and lockers.
Over the last few years the Portuguese Open has been hosted variously at Penina, Vila Sol and Sao Lourenzo, all of which may be included in the list of top European championship courses. Warm playing conditions and immaculately manicured fairways and greens are the norm in the Algarve. Whatever your level of skills or dedication there is a course for you in the Algarve.
Top European tour players come to the Algarve, both for the Portuguese Open and to enjoy the excellent conditions. There are plenty of golf shops, academies and driving ranges. Albufiera is situated close to three main courses, Salgados, Balaia and Sheraton Pine Cliffs all within five minutes drive. A real golf enthusiasts' paradise!

Complex was extremely clean and very well kept as was the apartment. Balcony access from both bedrooms, kitchen and dining room. Looks exactly like the pictures and had a very homely feel. 2 min walk to lovely friendly restaurants (Assador and Jollies are both fantastic) and more at D'Agua beach which is about a 10 min walk. Albufeira is about 15/20 min which has loads of bars/restaurants and is quite touristy if that's what you are after. It is very quiet around the apartment complex as it is set back from the main road with no real through traffic. Ideal for a good chill out. Beaches along the coast are gorgeous and well worth a visit. Great location for a base to explore The Algarve, great apartment and great communication from owner, Penny. Hope to return sometime as wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Lovely clean appartement. In good location between Albuferia and Villamoura
Restaurants and bars nearby. 9 hole par 3 golf course next door. near to beautiful beach, car was great for getting around.
Thank you for your review. Yes, I agree that the location is ideal with it being so close to beaches, bars and restaurants but as the development is on the edge of the countryside this gives it a nice peaceful feel. There are many Golf Courses too within easy reach and top European tour players come to the Algarve, both for the Portuguese Open and to enjoy the excellent conditions. Albufeira is situated close to three main courses, Salgados, Balaia and Sheraton Pine Cliffs all within ten minutes' drive and the Balaia Golf Village is as you say just next door.
The lovely small town of Olhos D'Agua is just a few minutes' walk and there are also 3 beaches also within a 10 minute walk so a car is not particularly necessary and the excellent local restaurants are just 2 to 3 minutes' walk from the apartment. Thanks again for taking the time to write this review and I understand that you did have lovely and sunny weather as you often can in February and the winter months.

We spent 2 weeks in this fantastic apartment. This spacious apartment is of the highest standard with all modern appliances.The whole complex is very well maintained and very clean and secure.We have 2 young children and the complex was great for them,they loved the 2 swimming pools . Olhos D'Agua is a lovely area and the apartment is very close to all amenities restaurants, bars & beaches.. Penny made the booking process very easy and her tips and advice were very useful. We would highly recommend this apartment to any one.We will defiantly be returning!!
