Situated on the top floor of the apartment complex is this recently refurbished apartment. The complex is located on a hillside overlooking the Old Town of Albufeira and Fisherman's Beach so offers SPECTACULAR sea and town views.
The large L shaped balcony is excellent for sunbathing, dining, relaxing or sharing that romantic night in. The changing marine and beach activity ensuring you are kept constantly entertained.
The apartment has a large L shaped lounge area with floor to ceiling patio windows allowing maximum light and views. The terrace and apartment are south west facing with an area on the terrace where you can achieve shade should you require it.
The complex itself incorporates a large outdoor swimming pool with poolside snack bar (the snack bar being open during peak season only).
Only 5 minutes walk away you find yourself in the quaint Old Town of Albufeira with its restaurants, bars and refurbished Fisherman's square offering full entertainment for adults and children alike. Car hire is not necessary as two large supermarkets are within 5 to 10 minutes walk and a smaller supermarket is within a 2-minutes stroll.
Salgados, Vilamoura, Pine Cliffs and Vila Sol golf courses are all within a 10- to 15 minute drive.

Entering the apartment you are welcomed by an open plan, light and spacious area offering you an upper dining level, fully equipped kitchen, access to the large bedroom and bathroom with thermostatic shower and a lower lounge area incorporating a FREESAT TV showing English channels and local Portuguese stations. Heating is available should it be necessary
The apartment sleeps 2 spaciously and 4 comfortably. The two single beds in the bedroom can be pushed together, and there are 3 sofa beds in the living area.
The large balcony has two sun chairs, a dining table with 4 chairs and is accessed via patio doors from both the lounge area and bedroom.

The complex comprises of a mixture of residential and holiday lets. There is a large outdoor swimming pool with poolside snack bar for guests and residents only. There is street parking.
Access to the pool area is via steps and therefore may not be suitable for less mobile guests. Access to the apartment is via steps also. Security is excellent as it is a closed condominium with coded, gated access.
An English and Portuguese representative is available to contact should you require assistance.
Check-in time is usually 2.00pm onwards with check-out time being 11.00am. We will, however, try to be as flexible as possible with these timings taking into consideration the arrival or departure of guests on the same day.
Whilst linen, bath/hand towels are provided, please ensure you bring your own beach towels for use on the terraces, around the pool and on the beach. These can also be ready and cheaply purchased locally in town.
The Algarve region
The borough of Albufeira is considered the tourist capital of the Algarve and therefore receives considerable investment into improvements of its tourist facilities and infrastructure. A favourite destination for everyone because of its multiple attractions whether you want a quiet romantic meal, a lively night life or something for the whole family to enjoy.
Free entertainment is provided in the squares throughout the summer and the beautiful, award winning beaches offer para gliding, various water sports and tours of the coast line and caves. Put together with the varied golf courses, glorious countryside, water parks and many other outdoor pursuits on offer, this is a destination that can't fail to fulfil all of your holiday expectations.
The old town has been transformed into a virtually car free zone and is therefore pedestrian friendly and aptly suitable for families with small children. The local authorities are making the town into an all year round resort and promote many free concerts (often accompanied by fire work displays at midnight) and sporting events throughout the year.
The Algarve is blessed with a temperate climate, boasting in excess of 3000 hours of sunshine per year, and therefore lends itself to outdoor living, the numerous and varied beaches being considered some of the best in the world having received many awards for cleanliness and safety.
The Portuguese people, renowned for their friendly charm, hospitality and excellent cuisine are one of Europes' best hosts. Try their fresh, locally caught fish, Sardines being one of their specialities, or their typical Algarvian dishes such as steak on the stone. If chicken is your desire then a "MUST" is to go to the village of Guia, the chicken piri piri capital of the world, which is only a short taxi ride away.
The apartment complex is perfectly situated overlooking the Old Town area, so while it benefits from being away from the over-populated 'touristy' areas, it's still just a few minutes walk from the Old Town, which now has escalator access down to the fisherman’s beach and square, where regular free concerts are staged throughout the summer months.
The Albufeira marina is a 30-minute gentle stroll from the apartment where boat trips can be booked for visits to the coastal caves, dolphin watching, deep-sea fishing, diving and snorkelling or a relaxing day long coastal boat trip with a BBQ lunch on a secluded beach. Concerts are also held at the marina during the high season.
For night life-seekers the famous Montechoro 'Strip' is a few Euros taxi ride away as are many famous golf courses, water slide parks and zoo marine which are also accessible by car, bus or taxi.
A tourist train also operates throughout the day and evening should you wish to explore the new town areas.
There's something to appeal to everyone, from the non stop night life found in the new town Strip, to the allure of relaxed alfresco dining overlooking the sea in the old town.

All arrangements handled very efficiently via email with Philippa; we were allowed into the apartment early and leave late as no rental either side of our stay which was very accommodating.
The apartment itself was very clean on arrival; with an especially decent kitchen and bathroom. The view from the balcony was exceptional and to be met with it each morning was a treat.The balcony was very private and not overlooked and was furnished with 2 sun loungers and a table with 4 chairs so outside dining was always a pleasure, The pool area was clean and the bar was open during our stay. We slept with the bedroom balcony door open and the lovely sea breeze made sleeping quite comfortable; we did not miss air conditioning at all. We could hear the nightlife from the town below but not enough to disturb our sleep.
The escalators down to the beach and town square are a literal 5 minute walk downhill; a little tougher on the way back but you have to burn off your over indulgence in the food & drink dept somehow!
The Old Town has a vast array of restaurants & bars to choose from and it is well worth exploring the little winding roads off the main square to find cheaper alternatives to the many in the main square. We would especially recommend "The Bistro" which is up a side road to the right of the American Diner; the food was excellent the price was reasonable and the staff were very friendly.
Overall we have no complaints at all with either the apartment or the local area; we had a lovely holiday and would not hesitate in booking this apartment again. The only reason not given 5/5 is that nothing is perfect!

"beautiful - excellent and perfect"
just got back from a week at Apartment Vista, went with friends who booked and stayed here last year, everything was great from the minute we booked, the transfers by Barry, the cleanliness and facilities in the apartment. This was my first holiday abroad in twenty years as I am disabled and use a walking stick however as much as the steps were a bit of a mission the views were to die for and worth the effort on the legs. My wife and I had a lovely week and couldn't have asked for more. Thank you Philippa and Barry for making this such a smooth and hassle free holiday from booking to the deposit being returned (only got back two days ago and the deposit is being refunded today into my account) - Great!!!

The top apartment at cerrobranco was very spacious and comfortable, The balcony was brilliant with a great view. Also walking into town during the day and the evening was no problem and only took a few minutes. A lot of people we spoke to had to get taxis in and out of town but here there was no need. The nightlife in Albufeira was good with many very good singers in the bars. The staff in the bars in town were very nice and friendly and people had a good time there.

"Superb and private location with amazing view."
My girlfriend and I stayed here for a fortnight and loved it. It can be difficult sometimes to measure how suitable or accurately described an apartment is on these websites but we read the reviews and description and decided to book. We were glad we chose to do so as it was everything that we had hoped for whilst on holiday. The view of the beach/ocean and old town from the large private balcony alone was worth the money. The apartment itself was clean and modern which is also a big plus.
There is no need for taxi's anywhere as every evening we just had a 5 minute stroll into the centre of old town (perhaps only required when bringing a large grocery shop back from the supermarket). We would definitely consider booking this apartment if we were to choose Albufeira as a holiday destination again, highly recommended.
